Not happy. I did a You pick 2. Total was 11.00
The sandwich was a tomato, mozz., arugula with 1/2 cup of soup
The soup was good but the sandwich was less than desirable with practically no cheese and the arugula was not fresh.

There's not the level of service that used to be available. If you place an order at a kiosk, you have to get your cup with your food which is a minor inconvenience but I'd prefer to get my drink while waiting on my food. The kitchen is taxed so it's hard to interpret to get a cup.

This is so disrespectful of Panera. I ordered through uber eats the chicken and pesto breakfast sandwich times 3. I received sausage and egg sandwiches. I do not eat pork. I trashed them after I only got a partial refund from uber eats. You guys owe me the other half due to your negligence. I spent over 50 dollars for breakfast for myself and 2 co workers. I’m not a happy customer.

I ordered a Turkey and cheese sandwich with nothing on it, I drove home nearly 15 minutes away from the Panera bread location I ordered from just to have mayonnaise on the sandwich. The sandwich was for my son and we all know how kids can be picky with certain condiments. I drove back to the Panera bread and requested for my sandwhich to be corrected. Daniel, the night time manager was SO HELPFUL, ACCOMODATING, UNDERSTANDING, and just exhibited a customer service standard that is so rare these days. He corrected my sandwhich, and gave me gift cards as well! I am truly happy! As a single mother who work so hard for everything, it is a pure joy to have someone just fix a mistake without push back! THANK YOU so much, you are appreciated and you made my day! -Ms Jo

Has to be the worst panera experience, ordered melted avocado chicken sandwich, the quantity inside the bread was really poor, the sauce was missing and other fillings were poorly added. It felt like a toast with some cheese.
The atmosphere with their gentle music is wonderful. Good for family hangouts or having a date. Their foods, snacks and drinks are so nice.

I visited Panera Bread yesterday around 6:30 PM with my son after spending four exhausting hours in urgent care. Both of us were feeling very ill, tired, and miserable, and I just wanted to grab some soup without exposing anyone to COVID. Unfortunately, when I arrived, all of the outside lights were off, making the store look closed.
I went to the drive-thru to confirm if they were still open and was told they were. I then asked the representative if the drive-thru light could be turned on so I could see the menu, but he flatly said “no.” When I asked if it was broken, he simply said, “I think so,” without offering any further explanation or apology. I explained that I was very sick and didn’t want to expose anyone inside, but would have to come in since I couldn’t see the menu. My concern was ignored, and no empathy or apology was offered.
When I mustered the strength to go inside (wearing a mask, of course), I noticed everything in the front was already put away, as if the store was closing soon. I placed my order on the tablet but had to call out to get an employee to come from the back just to get me a cup for my drink.
The worst part was seeing the same employee from the drive-thru—identifiable by his voice and orange shirt—filling a bowl of soup at the pick-up counter without wearing gloves. This lack of hygiene was shocking.
To add to the frustration, the screen notified me that my food was ready, but I couldn’t find my order anywhere. When I asked the girl at the counter, she told me the man behind her was still working on it. Why was I notified it was ready when it wasn’t? I was already feeling miserable and just wanted to leave. While the woman apologized, I still had to wait an additional 7 minutes for my food.
This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at Panera Bread. From the lack of concern for my situation to poor hygiene practices and long wait times, this visit was unacceptable. I will never return to this location.

Good, tasty food. But a lil pricey, especially due to the fact that they do not fill their sandwiches with meat. Wish they had more customers service. You come in and do the order by machine instead of talking to a human. Other than that, Panera Bread is decent eating for fast food.
