Portions sizes ridiculously small for the price esp when I watched a dine in chicken salad sandwich have two portions of salad and mine barely have a scoop. Service was ok. I'll never eat at this location again, one bad experience is enough for me.

Been coming to this location for a decade. Its gotten bad. Always out of plain bagels and other items. Just got told at 11:04 am that I couldnt order an Avocado toast since it was lunch. Its like the only way to get the basics is to complain. And that's not a fun way to eat. We will still come here, mostly cause .....well.....my kids like it. I used to .....edit. kathleen was nice

I frequent this Panera as I am part of the Sip Club and it is directly on my route on the way to work. This morning I was in a hurry to place my mobile order, got to the speaker and let them know I was here for a pick up. Deanna recognized my voice and asked if I had intended to remove the cheese from my sandwich! I had not! And they made sure my order was made correctly even though it was my mistake. Seriously, the morning crew is so pleasant and so attentive—EVERY visit.

The Strawberry Basil Lemonade Fresca was so amazing that I had to update my review.
Ordered Cinnamon Crunch bagels on Monday night for Tuesday on the 19th Aug. No crunch they were slimy and wet even toasting didn’t help. They also were flat. Very disappointed with Panera first time I’ve gotten bagels that were not perfect.

My food is always correct and the staff is super friendly, but never, never, never come here when you're in a hurry. I get Panera takes longer than your average fast food places, but the Harrisburg and Charlotte locations move A LOT faster.

The food is always really good taste wise, but im just not getting what Im paying for. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich with extra of pretty much everything. I got my order with hardly a regular amount of tuna salad. Ive never had this happen before but if Im paying for extra, there should be extra. The bread was falling apart and half of the tuna salad i was given wasnt even on the sandwich and was instead in the wrapper, making a messy eating experience in my car.
