I was very disappointed to get to my location after picking up a salad and soup to go. I had to eat my salad with no salad dressing. I couldn’t even eat the salad because it was dry and tasteless without salad dressing. Just ruined my whole meal.

Ordered food and ordered and paid for extra toppings on sandwiches and didn’t get what I paid for and this isn’t the first time. The location in Harrisburg NC has messed up multiple Togo orders and also states that their potato soup is discontinued but other locations still have it?

This location chose NOT TO Honor Veterans today. Below from USA Today:
Value Duet Meal: Some participating bakery-cafes offered a free Value Duet meal to active and veteran military members, with a valid ID for dine-in or carry-out.
Free Pastry and Coffee: Other locations, specifically those owned by Flynn Group, offered a free pastry or bakery item and a cup of coffee with a valid military ID.

The sandwichs have gone way down with the quantity of meats or veggies. We had a veggie sandwich, which looks like we were in a depression, the chicken bacon ranch sub had a little chicken, one slice of bacon and ranch not one piece of Lettuce,tomato or onion Imean Really for $12.xx. will not eat at that one again. Other Panera has met expectations but mot this one.

I ordered from the other location in Concord and the Strawberry Basil Lemonade Fresca was so amazing that I signed up for the sip club, however, when I ordered the same item here, it was not the best. I will try to NOT use this location in the future.

Dark Ghost

Today, after I my shift at work; my mom, younger sister and I ordered take out from this location of Panera Bread. My mother is a regular here, and always receives amazing and warm customer service. Today was the first time that I myself, had the pleasure of meeting this stores General Manager, Jay Ace. I am writing this review because Mr. Ace is exceptional General Manager, personally making sure my family and I were taken care of. He went above and beyond the call of duty. It is because of people like Jay Ace, that a business is successful and prosperous. I hope Mr. Ace can be promoted and well rewarded for his extraordinary efforts. My family and I, will always be regulars here!

This Panera location was very dirty. When we walked in, we were surprised to see people eating there given the condition of the restaurant.
• At the counter, we were ignored and ended up having to place our order at the self-service tablets.
• Dirty tables were everywhere, with food and crumbs left behind.
• The walls had gunk and grime, and the area around the trash bins was especially bad—overflowing with trays and food, and the furniture around the garbage clearly hadn’t been cleaned in months.

This place desperately needs a deep cleaning and better upkeep. I’m from Tampa, FL, where Panera locations are consistently clean and well-maintained, so this was very disappointing by comparison. Employees should take more pride in keeping the restaurant presentable—or management needs to step in and make serious changes.

Definitely not the Panera experience I expected.

I visited this location about a week ago. I got home only to find that my salad much less than acceptable. I called the store immediately and spoke with a worker who said they would refund my payment since I had used a card to pay. A minute later a received a call from a lady who stated she was a manager and the associate had advised me wrong. They could do a refund but she would out my name.on a.list since I was unable to drive all the way back for a remake. I came back today and there's a lady who I assume is a manager, says she doesn't see my name on a list and since I don't have a receipt with me they could not remake the salad for me.
First off, why would I make this up and how would I know that there is a such thing as a list, if i hadn't been told this by the manager on duty that night.
If you think I'm that desperate for a salad then go ahead and keep your food....I won't be back!

If i could give the location a ZERO rating I would.
Barely any chicken on the salad, a few cheese crumbles, apple crisp crumbs.after i paid for extra, little to no pecans, but they put a ton of those nasty tomatoes. Salad had no taste at all....straight garbage!
