Ordered online, only to get there 15 mins later and it hasn't even been started!!? Not to mention the young lady response was less than desirable. They raised the prices, but got slower. I liked the guys that were here. They were Fast and welcoming!

The pizza were not ready in time even after placing an online order night before…
The pizza maker looked like forgot to make it and when I arrived he gave an excuse…
He burnt all my 10 pizzas and when I called back he didnt share me details about the store manager

White guy working just now turned the internet off or did something to the register and said my card declined and it never declined he’s stealing pizzas I asked him for his name he hesitated and said Jamie please check the cameras at 12:40am he’s definitely taking my pizza home

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY TOOK NO RESPONSIBILTY, NEVER GOING BACK!!!!
I placed the order the night before and paid for it online for a party I was throwing. When we went to pick up the order, they said they didn't have the order. The manager was rude to the person I sent to pick it up. I then called because they asked for the order number and a confirmation email to confirm it was their store and I told them. Manager replied "Well, sorry, we never got your order". BUT, they voided my order and sent me my money back. YET they never got my order. SMH

It wasn't even the fact that there could have been a glitch in the system (unlikely, but ok), it was the fact that the manager was so rude and flippant about it. There was no "oh ma'am I am so sorry, we never got your order" or "how see the confirmation order and make it for you now"... NOTHING. Just said "Well... sorry"

Every time I place a carryout order, they always have my order ready in a matter of minutes! My pizza is always fresh & delicious? they also gave me a discount as an appreciation to their customers, which was very nice of them?

Food taste fine but the fact that they pulled that pizza out of that oven and it was all bubbled up and the cheese wasn’t spread enough like it should have is sooooo unacceptable. Because I know they checked that pizza while pulling it out or before it
