Ordered a Hand tossed pizza during the 9.99 deal. All I can say is its a good thing it was only 10 bucks!! What a disgusting concoction to call a pizza!! 1 Star is too much!!!

This location is not a good representation of a papa John’s. From not cutting a pizza. Yes I said not cutting a pizza to asking for well done then not even coming close. Never again will I order from here again. And you should not order too.

Ordered from here multiple times and they usually have your pizza ready in 15 mins. Service is quick and the pizza is always good quality. I would recommend.

This specific location is not very good. It all depends on who is working. A few weeks ago we ordered there on a Sunday and it was fantastic. About 9 days later we had a bad experience where a delivery driver accidentally took our order, the male employee said they would remake the pizza and 2 minutes later the delivery driver came in saying he f'ed up. They took the order to the back and the employee said my food was ready. Instead of giving me the newly made pizza, they gave me the food that went out the door and then came back. The pizza was very cold and the kids wouldn't eat it, Anyways, talked to the manager the next day, the DM apologized and gave us a free pizza. We tried again at this location yesterday and upon picking up, it was the same male employee working. While the pizza was better than before, it had several hairs as well as what appeared to be green plastic or something on the pizza.Lesson learned, not going to this location again and advise others to consider other locations.

Absolutely the worst Papa JOHNS anywhere in Charlotte. Had to wait for 20 min for the pizza after it showed being ready on Papa track as they got some reason missed putting label on my 2 pizzas. How did the other 20 boxes around it had labels. My order was sitting there all the time but they never bothered to check. After they realized their mistake no apology for the same. Very poor customer interaction skills by the personnel who work here.This store also skimps way too much on d toppings and the pizza taste way too bland. Something is way off on the quality of the pizza as well
