Ordered from here multiple times and they usually have your pizza ready in 15 mins. Service is quick and the pizza is always good quality. I would recommend.

This specific location is not very good. It all depends on who is working. A few weeks ago we ordered there on a Sunday and it was fantastic. About 9 days later we had a bad experience where a delivery driver accidentally took our order, the male employee said they would remake the pizza and 2 minutes later the delivery driver came in saying he f'ed up. They took the order to the back and the employee said my food was ready. Instead of giving me the newly made pizza, they gave me the food that went out the door and then came back. The pizza was very cold and the kids wouldn't eat it, Anyways, talked to the manager the next day, the DM apologized and gave us a free pizza. We tried again at this location yesterday and upon picking up, it was the same male employee working. While the pizza was better than before, it had several hairs as well as what appeared to be green plastic or something on the pizza.Lesson learned, not going to this location again and advise others to consider other locations.

Absolutely the worst Papa JOHNS anywhere in Charlotte. Had to wait for 20 min for the pizza after it showed being ready on Papa track as they got some reason missed putting label on my 2 pizzas. How did the other 20 boxes around it had labels. My order was sitting there all the time but they never bothered to check. After they realized their mistake no apology for the same. Very poor customer interaction skills by the personnel who work here.This store also skimps way too much on d toppings and the pizza taste way too bland. Something is way off on the quality of the pizza as well

Pure garbage. Ordered two large pizzas and had to put them both in the trash. Have avoided this location for the last few years after the quality plummeted sometime around 2019, but thought I'd give it another chance.Big mistake.How many ways can you screw up an order? We'll, let's see: one of the pizzas had the garlic sauce turned sideway in the box busted open, the whole bottom of the pizza was soggy and sopping in the butter. So much for that one.The other was a The Works pizza. How many ways was this messed up? All toppings dumped in center, pepperoni left off, whole thing cooked only halfway leaving the dough gooey and flat through the entire center. We tried salvaging it by baking it more in the oven, but the raw dough just became tough and disgusting.So there you go, two large pizza and my money in the trash.Never again.

Absolutely horrendous experience! I made the mistake of ordering a large pizza from this place, and it ended up being a complete disaster. The quality of their pizzas has taken a nosedive recently.The garlic sauce in the box was a complete mess, leaking and turning the pizza into a greasy disaster. The bottom of the pizza was so soggy that it felt like it had taken a dip in a pool of butter. All the toppings were unceremoniously dumped in the center, and it seemed like they barely bothered to cook it, leaving the dough gooey and flat throughout the entire center. It was revolting.I can say with absolute certainty that I will never subject myself to this culinary horror again.

I ordered their newly introduced garlic veg pizza but the pizza was so thin.. it got stuck to the box .. and cheese was seperate.. i was traveling and in a hurryso coudnt check the pizza while taking the order..
