This is good chicken! I thought Chick-fil-A had the market cornered on chicken, but this is a worthy opponent. This has a completely different taste. I had the chicken sandwich combo and my wife had the 4 chicken tenders combo. The chicken tenders as you can see in the picture are large. The waffle fries were very good as well. Kudos on the hand spun Reese's milkshake I took to go. Bottom line, everything was excellent. Ordering was quick, we went to the counter vs the kiosk and ordered immediately. Everyone was friendly & helpful. Very clean establishment. Plenty of parking available. The huge lot is shared with Carolina Ale House & Academy Sports all located at Christenbury Corners behind Concord Mills. I thought the cost was average compared to other competitors in the area.

Chicken sandwich looks like it should be on the kids menu. Fries and the sandwich tasted good though. Staff refused to acknowledge multiple people standing in line to order and eventually everyone ordered through the kiosk which was also a hassle.

I never have issues at PDQ but tonight Nov 19th, the boy handing out the food around 5:50pm acted like he was higher than a kite. He handed the food out the window toward the front of our car instead of our window, like he didn’t know what planet he was even on. Such a bizarre experience when I’m looking at him and he’s trying to feed the hood of our car. Dnt go to work high kids.

It's really slow. Then they pull you up to an area that is too narrow for anybody to get past you, so it blocks other people in the drive through, even after they get their food. If they can't figure something that simple out, they probably shouldn't be cooking chicken.

I love PDQ - they’re always so friendly and the food is hot and fresh! You have to get the tenders tossed and they’re amazing. The garlic Parmesan is wonderful!!
They are one of the few restaurants that does frequent coupons and offers - keeps us coming back with a larger family!!
