I went their to try Indian style Pizza , but got very disappointed with the taste . Bread for the pizza is not freshly baked with pizza . Cheese was of low quality and it was under cooked . Overall not a good experience. The whole shop was run by one single person, poor guy.

4 years ago today my wife chose Pizza Twist for her birthday meal above all other restaurants available in the area because we had had such fantastic experiences the couple other times we had been before. We have returned over and over since, but the past 12-18 months we have seen it declining rapidly. Today was probably our last visit. Both had small Butter Chicken pizza, hers mild, mine medium. Neither had any flavor and mine had no more spice than hers. The atmosphere that was once friendly and welcoming is just an employee handing us food and disappearing into the kitchen. We don’t mind spending for quality and talent, but 2 small flavorless pizzas and two fountain drinks for just under $65 is absurd! To make matters worse, the fountain drinks we filled with lemonade turned out to be just water because nobody bothered to make sure the syrup had been changed. 4 years ago today I left this place a glowing review. Tonight I am sorry to say we will not return again after 3 or 4 poor experiences in a row and will retract any recommendations we have made to others.

Seems like this location is closed! No one is picking up the call & when I visited the place, door is locked with no notice about closure! Such a negligence, at least they should put a notice.

Pizza it self was good only thing we experienced lacking was service. We had to check 4 tables for paper napkins as well as red chili flakes.
Burnt food received in consecutive order, customer care too rude and cut the call.

Pizza sold by them is really yummy but i have been receiving burnt food from past few orders especially when ordering via grub hub, when called they dont take any accountability of burned food by their chef… or any acceptance of improvement…
I am a very frequent customer but rethinking is it really worth the pain of getting burnt food and remediate everytime…

Seven Eleven pizza is better Pasta wasn’t available, spinach wasn’t available, chicken was half way done… The beer tasted funky they need CBG Draft Services to come out and clean their beer lines. The crust was good but that shit won’t hitting at all
Worst management in regards of store timings always. There will be different open close timings mentioned in website and Google. Though we were once informed to follow website mentioned timings, they really don't follow that time as well. It has been 4 times for now that we returned home with disappointment without eating.

I've visited this place several times and have found the experience to be quite inconsistent. The food varies in quality, with some visits being enjoyable and others quite disappointing due to off-putting smells. Service is a major issue—our waiter had a poor attitude and made us move tables under false pretenses of reservations. Additionally, the fountain drinks were out of order, and the overall cleanliness of the tables was lacking. While the food can be good on rare occasions, the poor service and unclean environment make it hard to recommend this place consistently.
