Ordered the doughnuts, and some other things! Everything was good but the doughnuts. Those were raw, be very careful, we returned the doughnuts and asked for the refund on it. One of the EEs stated that they could not issue a refund due to company policy. Wonder if it is company policy to sell raw food?

Food was amazing. Fresh and quick. Generous portions. Very affordable for the quantity and quality, especially in a food court. Well worth the visit to inside the mall to get this yummy food.

A bit pricey and a long line but well worth it. Staff was very polite and quick to give us our food. By far among the most delicious Ramen I’ve consumed. But a shame they don’t have a normal dine- in restaurant because we could have done without the rest of the mall, but with food this good, I really can’t complain.

I paid for two proteins, they forgot one of them. I also paid extra for a boiled egg and they also left it out. Very disappointed.

I couldn't finish eating the tonkotsu ramen, it was so bad. I had my boyfriend try it as well and he couldn't stand it either. The broth tasted like fishy pond water instead of tonkotsu (pork based broth). The pork belly was primarily fat. There was basically no flavor other than slight fishy (maybe because there was a TON of seaweed in it for some reason). My boyfriend got a pokebowl with beef, but said he didnt like his either. His beef was dry and jerky-like. We ended up throwing away the food. Would avoid the ramen and pokebowls, maybe the other things are better but we definitely aren't going to chance it again with prices.

Tried the hot vegetable ramen here and it was super bland—no salt, no flavor at all. I also got the cappuccino milk tea, which tasted good but came with no ice for some reason, so it wasn’t very refreshing. Overall, kind of a letdown. Not sure I’d come back.

Portion for price and quantity was great! We had the fish (was a little salty) bowl and Bento Box, had the fried sushi and bubble teas (mango, lychee, strawberry). However, I would DEFINITELY recommend this spot. Will be returning!!

A really sweet girl went my the name of Jackie was very helpful and so kind to me. She made sure I got everything I needed before heading out. She talked very respectfully with the biggest beautiful smile! She has the BEST customer service !

The food was not good. I had a beef ramen, and the meat was super salty and tough. Imagine beef jerky, in broth with noodles.

I was not expecting a gourmet meal from a mall food court, but this was a poor meal even by those standards.

When sitting down to eat, all of the nearby tables were filthy. This is admittedly not their responsibility, but it does affect the experience.

The best one I had! Fresh, and a lot of seafood!!

The food was horrible and taste less and expensive for servings is fake meat. The chicken was rubbery and it smelled. Nothing in this place is fresh or real for the price we paid. 90 dollars for 3 chicken ramen one boba drink and two sodas

I usually get the Ramen with pork belly and it’s actually really good, for your quick fix to your Ramen cravings
