If I could give zero stars. I was in the moodfor fried chicken and peeped a popeyes. without a second thought to I rushed to counter and placed an order for a chicken leg kids meal expecting the usual, (chicken leg, buttermilk biscuit, fries and a drink) when i got my food, I opened the box in excitement only to see one singular chicken leg in the box with an apple sauce and apple juice. Also this location charges for sauce. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! if you’re looking for a nice spot to eat at concord mills I suggest Maki of Japan.

I'm not sure who owns this location but....there needs to be studies conducted on your hiring technique and training program. The employees are always polite. The food always fresh. When I have a hankering for some chicken I don't even mind dealing with the mall parking. Keep up the great work.

So disappointed that they don't do blackened tenders. It's on their menu but the cashier says they haven't done them as long as she's been here.... It's on the menu.

The worst thing, racist, I ordered an order of chicken and it was too spicy, I told the person at the register that I needed help with someone who speaks Spanish and he completely ignored me. Terrible service. The worst thing, I was left without eating. I don't recommend it. They are racist.

My sandwich is like a step away from raw; was absolutely DISGUSTING; I’m surprised I didn’t get sick from eating it. Was insanely chewy and made me nauseous.
