Always problems at this store. Always have to wait 15 or 20 minutes for chicken. Always out of food or gives you the wrong food. This store needs to do better by the customers.

Came to this Popeyes due to it being a newer looking one upon exterior appearance. The dining room was filthy and trash was overflowing the trashcan. The young lady running the drive thru appeared to be running the whole store and was trying to get another lady to do anything. You could clearly see the frustration on the girl running the drive thrus face. The other lady finally came up and asked me “So what you want”. I asked if I could place an order and she rolled her eyes and walked to the register. I ordered a #5 Three piece tender. She rang it up correctly at first but changed it to a # Five piece. I mentioned to her that I wanted just the 3 piece and she huffed at me. Instead of making matters worse I said to leave it and paid for the meal. I am not sure who the young lady was that was running the drive thru but with all of the stress the other 2 employees were presenting her. I do commend her for the patience she displayed.

Absolutely the worst Popeyes. Ive been here multiple times and they never have food or the food is wrong. Don't go there

The last two times we have come here, we ordered online and arrived just to be told they didn’t have chicken tenders. How do you run out of chicken tenders so often. There was one employee working, and was in the back so didn’t help, a second employee came in about 10 minutes later to tell us there were no tenders. I don’t typically leave a bad review, but they don’t refund you in the store, and the website takes 24-48 hours to get back to you.

Went there as a Uber eats driver to pick up a customer's order. 9:52pm says they are open till 10:30 but the employees were all outside smoking weed. They said the store was closed, and I had to cancel the order

disappointed with the experience. The staff was unprofessional, using inappropriate language and causing a scene while taking orders. The cashier seemed irritated as we placed our order, and when we realized our drinks were missing, we had to ask for them, which was met with even more attitude. This kind of service was unexpected and frustrating. I hope the management can address these issues to improve the atmosphere and provide a more welcoming experience for customers in the future.

Why do we have to sit in the drive thru from 5:26 p.m. and not get our food until 5:54 p.m.?? I have ordered a steak at Longhorn and had it to me faster than this place! Someone has got to start caring about customers and customer service again! Look at my reviews 99% positive. Popeye’s corporate please step in!

Pulled up to drive thru for order, employee originally stated “we can’t do that” as in cannot fill our wing order, another employee/manager stated they can do it but it would be a 12min wait and that’s what the cashier “meant” employee/manager was very defensive about our order in expectation of us being aware of their cooking process. We had 2 meals with wings and he wanted us to order all of the wings (total wing count) at the same time, which is not how a drive thru order is typically taken. He was persistent in telling us how the order should have been placed, as a cook/manager. 😒 Very disappointing interaction, especially from a management perspective- based on other reviews, this isn’t new.

This location gets a bad rep due to the fact they are woefully understaffed. But trust and believe the few people that do work there work very hard and with a smile on their face! The food is always hot and delicious with the signature Popeyes flavor we all know and love. This is an awesome Popeyes location, just be prepared to wait patiently!

CUSTOMER BEWARE. Service is beyond AWFUL. Took a long time for someone to acknowledge us at drive through after the automated message, only one person working and has the worst attitude. This is the worst experience I’ve had at this location. Overselling things they don’t have ready. Me and my husband and our 2 kids were waiting for almost an hour for wrong and missing food. This is outrageous.

I usually don’t leave a bad review unless I have multiple bad experiences at any given restaurant… but what is going on at this location? Never had a good experience, employees don’t seem to care in the slightest and have to wait 20 minutes for my order while it’s a ghost town in the parking lot.. and can’t even get my order correct at that each time. Do not recommend this location.

If I could give zero stars I would. Couldn’t give me my original order. Asked if I could substitute they were hesitant then said they could. Waited long just for them to give me the wrong substituted order with missing items. Finally went inside. The male was very condescending and said they didn’t even have these items and I would have to wait longer. Finally got refunded don’t plan on returning to this one. You’re out of so many things at 12 in the afternoon? Oh and he didn’t even give me the correct money back.
