Pump Social is a super cute, unique, fun, and quirky sandwich shop located in a gas station in Downtown Concord. It is a nice lunch spot serving delicious, wonderfully priced food. The sandwiches are great and amazing, with a little different twist than the norm. Specific sandwiches mentioned include the El Peurco, The Shlepper, the Big Schlepper, and a steak sandwich. The Big Schlepper is full of flavor and massive. The steak sandwich comes on nicely toasted bread with well-seasoned meat and horseradish sauce. For those not in the mood for a sandwich, the crudo culture bowl is a favorite seafood option. Sides include a simple salad, which is very simple, the recommended seasonal salad, and incredible potato salad that is probably the best ever had.
The staff is friendly, nice, and incredibly nice. The service is fast and friendly and the business is family owned. The place is clean. Inside seating is limited, but there is plenty of really nice outside seating with heaters for cooler days. It is a wonderful new addition to downtown Concord that comes highly recommended.
