Rachel's place is a great option for family breakfast! They have a good assortment of options both savory and sweet plus a kids menu for the little ones (10 and under). Our server was great and multiple people checked in on us throughout the meal. Everything arrived quickly and was delicious. I got the veggie breakfast wrap which was stuff full of veggies, eggs, and black beans. Hubby got the breakfast quesadilla and little one got the pancakes and bacon. Overall a great experience for a casual weekend breakfast.

Great customer service & even better food!!! We had the hamburger steak smothered in mushrooms & onions...oh my! Delicious!!! Beautifully remodeled & comfortable surroundings!

Very disappointed. Took 10 minutes to have a waitress come to our table for our drink order. Only 6 tables of customers in the whole restaurant. Ordered shrimp and grits. They came out cold. When they were brought back the grits were not completely cooked. The shrimp was great, it was the only part of my meal that I could eat (9 shrimp). When asked how my meal was, all they said was sorry with an attitude. Will not be going back.

Two nights ago I went to Rachel's Place to get take out. I don't usually take out. It was fast, tasted great and fresh. I enjoyed talking with Rachel while our food was prepared . Took it home and it was delicious.

Update: 3/1/24 So my husband and I came back again after voting and I realized that on my last review o gave 4 stars by mistake. I thought I gave 5 as evidenced by my review. Well they are still 5 stars in my book. This time we were in a rush so we sat at the counter and ordered our food in to go containers. We got the same server, Claudia who has the BEST sense of humor. She served us well. She happily let us tweak our orders to our liking. Speedy services allowed us to eat a little and take the rest to go. A special treat was seeing once again how hard Rachel, the owner was working. At one point she checked to make sure we were good, but she was mostly in the kitchen helping out. That is an owner who leads by example. You can tell she cares a lot about the success of this business. She truly sets the tone for the place and I am in love with it. YOU MUST CHECK THEM OUT! Great food, great service.

What an enjoyable place to eat. Food and service were both excellent. It's so nice to have a restaurant open until 8PM where the food is fresh & cooked to order and thankfully not a chain.

Nice, clean, fresh restaurant, and friendly staff. I chose the "Hungry Man's Plate" 3 eggs, w/ bacon, sausage & ham (all bacon for me), home fries or hash browns (home fries for me), two pancakes, and a choice of toast or biscuit (neither). The home fries are red potatoes, a good choice. Eggs over easy were perfect, and pancakes were very tasty (real butter would be nice, but all they had was "buttery spread" -- aka soy butter. Real butter would've pushed this to a 5 star.
