We went for breakfast and my wife ordered 2 gravy biscuits. Biscuits were hard and gravy was cold. I ordered an omelette. The omlette was overcooked. Not to mention I was charged an additional dollar for each item put inside the omlette. 10.99 plus 7.00 additional for the omlette. My wife's biscuits was 11.00 for 2 biscuits. The waitress was very slow and service was terrible. We will not be going back. We would strongly suggest that if you want a good breakfast there are other restaurants much better and much more reasonable in price.

My waitress was phenomenal. She was a Hispanic girl who was beautiful inside and out. She cater to all our needs extra coffee, water, ketchup, etc. but what I did not understand is when it came up another Caucasian woman came to my table and our potatoes were black brown when I cut through them, it seemed fine inside but they were so so over cooked what I do not understand is how can they let something like that go out someone should be at the window checking or food before it lands on your table. That was very disappointing. I even ordered an extra set of home fries to take home for my daughter and when I looked in the box they were black as well , I had to wait another 15 minutes then when those came out they were golden the way it should’ve been. You also offer desserts on the table and three of your desserts apparently were unavailable. I will try your restaurant again along with my family. Just hoping you guys have tweaked what has gone wrong blessings to your business.

I didn’t check reviews before ordering. I just moved here from Florida; drove by and decided to give their take out a try. The gentleman who helped me was very pleasant. The service was great. Unfortunately, the shrimp and grits were not good. The grits were watery with no flavor except a couple of random sprinkles of hot seasoning with burnt bacon and 6 shrimps. Not to mention the grits were spilled all over my bag. I didn’t turn my to go box upside down so it was weird and disappointing.

As much as they try, they fall short. The new decor is overly feminine and stark, ignoring everything known about restaurant psychology in the color choices. The menu tries to fool you into accepting pancake mix in waffle form and shrimp on grits with some crumbled burnt bacon as "shrimp and grits". No cheese, no sauce or chives.No thanks.Concord maybe a little behind in culinary acumen, but this is not gonna cut it. Glad the staff remains, but God knows they must be suffering under the weight of these changes. Please tip generously if you're going to visit this joint!

We were very disappointed when we walked into the restaurant. Purple and butterflies everywhere. This was a very poor design choice, no matter if it was all yellow, all red etc., this was not comfortable at all. As far as food, my husband ordered "fried" buffalo chicken wrap and was given grilled chicken even though they weren't that busy. Atmosphere & food are key...if the atmosphere is a miss, it doesn't matter how good the food it. Disappointed.
