First time here since the remodel. I love it! It’s so bright and cheerful looking and the food was amazing. I had the French toast flight. Highly recommend. Love the purple decor!
My waitress was phenomenal. She was a Hispanic girl who was beautiful inside and out. She cater to all our needs extra coffee, water, ketchup, etc. but what I did not understand is when it came up another Caucasian woman came to my table and our potatoes were black brown when I cut through them, it seemed fine inside but they were so so over cooked what I do not understand is how can they let something like that go out someone should be at the window checking or food before it...
As much as they try, they fall short. The new decor is overly feminine and stark, ignoring everything known about restaurant psychology in the color choices. The menu tries to fool you into accepting pancake mix in waffle form and shrimp on grits with some crumbled burnt bacon as "shrimp and grits". No cheese, no sauce or chives.No thanks.Concord maybe a little behind in culinary acumen, but this is not gonna cut it. Glad the staff remains, but God knows they must be...
