As usual, I had a wonderful, personable, and amazing experience! The manager, Kelly, is the best! Always so professional, making sure I’m good, plus she’s so nice to talk with! The newer staff is also amazing! Omg the attention and friendliness are superb. Thank you Kelly and staff for making my experience great every time I’m there!

I recently dined at Red Lobster and had Diana as my server. Overall, my experience was enjoyable, and Diana played a big part in that. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure our table was taken care of throughout the meal. The service was prompt, and she checked in just the right amount—not too much, not too little—which I appreciated.

I went in the restaurant to place a to go order, I did notice the menu has changed. I ordered the Two Shrimp Anyway, and it was so delicious. I went to the bar to place my order. The bartender was gracious, and the server that took my to-go order was very professional. The food was delicious when I got home, still hot and cooked perfectly. I will make this location a regular stop, thank you for wonderful dinner.

Ivy was my waiter and she was so sweet. She was super awesome. It's hard to find good customer service but she was so great. She made sure was was good and asked multiple times if we was good. She kept our drinks full. The food was hot and fresh and was good also.

We haven't been to a Red Lobster in quite sometime, but we are so glad that we went to the one in Concord after leaving the mall. We were seated right away and our server was very attentive. My husband has their NY Strip while I chose the Shrimp Your Way. It was a great dining experience. The GM was on duty and stopped by our table to ensure our expectations were being met. He was super nice and it was great to see a team work so well
We will definitely be back.

Our server, Deanna, is always phenomenal, friendly, and suggesting great food and drinks! The food was soooooo good, and the Lobsteritas are killer! I had the New Orleans Salmon and was astounded at the quality! My only complaint is that the lobster bay biscuits seemed like they missed out on the butter seasoning and were bland (which is atypical for this location). Everything else was A+++. Will be back!

Our server is phenomenal!! She’s very attentive and she remembers us every visit which makes me feel good! The food is great and always cooked how I want! It’s definitely one of me and my partners fav spots! Lobster tail is my favorite things to eat and they get it right every time. Deanna has been our server for quite a few visits and her service is unmatched!

It has been a while since I’ve visited Red Lobster in Concord. The food was hot and fresh and our server Bre’Anna was excellent despite them being short staffed. Kelly the kitchen Manager came out to greet us to ensure everything was going well. 10x’s better then my last visit.

I visit Concord NC during lunch on 3/7 and I sat in the bar area. I had to ask for a menu and the bartender told me I had to wait a minute because she had to put in a Togo order. Then she came over to me and took my order which I had the ultimate feast. She asked me which butter would I like with it? She told me the different ones and I choose to and wanted it on the side. When my order came out I had regular butter. I asked what happen to my butter and she said oh it don’t come with tht. I said u asked me which one I want. She said well it’s a $3 up charge and it’s portion out. I told her never mind. She checked on the lady tht was sitting next to me and behind me. She never came back over to me to check on me. I had to ask another server for a Togo box. Then she came back to the bar I had to ask for my bill.
This was the worst service ever. I will not be returning.

I am unable to comment on the food as we did not have the opportunity to dine. Upon arrival, we were left standing at the host stand with no immediate attention and waited an awkward amount of time. The server, who appeared to also be the host, was engaged with another table and possibly managing the bar. Once seated, she promptly went to speak with a gentleman at the bar without addressing us further. She did not offer drink suggestions or even ask for our drink order before walking away. She merely placed the silverware and menus on the table and left without any additional communication. Her demeanor seemed disengaged and lacking in energy, which I can partially attribute to the overall atmosphere of the establishment. Tbh I don't blame her, a server works hard, but she wasn't just a server, she was a bar tender and hostesf and I'm sure the return on all the work she was doing was not worth it.

It was a weekday evening, and I was surprised to find parking available so quickly, but the restaurant appeared to be nearly empty except a few tables. The atmosphere felt quite lackluster. When we left to dine at the Olive Garden next door, the contrast was stark—Olive Garden had a bustling, vibrant atmosphere, with a full parking lot and a warm greeting upon entry. I can imagine many people do what we did. My husband also remarked that, unlike the odorless environment at this restaurant, there was a noticeable scent of food being prepared/cooking as soon as we walked into Olive Garden.

Given that it was a special occasion, we opted to leave before the server returned to our table, choosing not to settle for what we anticipated would be a subpar experience in terms of both service and food quality. Based on other reviews, I believe we made the right decision. While I have visited this location in the past and had positive experiences, it is evident that the quality has declined. We will not be returning, as there are better seafood options available in North Carolina.
