I'm showing my age a little here. Yet, this place used to be our FANCY family outing growing up. I heard it had fallen off over the years, yet something told me to give it a try. I'm happy I did. Now, the atmosphere was a little "off." The lights were dim at best. However, a few sections were not turned on. Those areas didn't have people sitting in them, though. It was also very cold. Now, I appreciate a little A/C, especially in the summer. But, it was so cold we considered getting a jacket. The service, on the other hand, was great. The waitress quickly came to greet us and take our drink order. While she was managing multiple sections, she came back in a reasonable time with our drinks and the infamous biscuits. I ordered the sesame-soy salmon bowl, and it looked just the picture. It was a good portion of salmon, and the brussel sprouts were cooked perfectly. Even the spring mix and rice were tasty. While it's not the FANCY option it used to be, I can happily say it's a nice lunch spot.

Our server was simply awesome! Very polite and friendly. She made sure that everything was brought out as soon the food was prepared. The food was so delicious and hot throughout the meal. This was truly an unforgettable birthday experience.

She was friendly, attentive, and made sure our table was taken care of throughout the meal. The service was prompt, and she checked in just the right amount—not too much, not too little—which I appreciated.

I went in the restaurant to place a to go order, I did notice the menu has changed. I ordered the Two Shrimp Anyway, and it was so delicious. I went to the bar to place my order. The bartender was gracious, and the server that took my to-go order was very professional. The food was delicious when I got home, still hot and cooked perfectly. I will make this location a regular stop, thank you for wonderful dinner.

Ivy was my waiter and she was so sweet. She was super awesome. It's hard to find good customer service but she was so great. She made sure was was good and asked multiple times if we was good. She kept our drinks full. The food was hot and fresh and was good also.

We haven't been to a Red Lobster in quite sometime, but we are so glad that we went to the one in Concord after leaving the mall. We were seated right away and our server was very attentive. My husband has their NY Strip while I chose the Shrimp Your Way. It was a great dining experience. The GM was on duty and stopped by our table to ensure our expectations were being met. He was super nice and it was great to see a team work so well We will definitely be back.
Our server, Deanna, is always phenomenal, friendly, and suggesting great food and drinks! The food was soooooo good, and the Lobsteritas are killer! I had the New Orleans Salmon and was astounded at the quality! My only complaint is that the lobster bay biscuits seemed like they missed out on the butter seasoning and were bland (which is atypical for this location). Everything else was A+++. Will be back!
Our server is phenomenal!! She’s very attentive and she remembers us every visit which makes me feel good! The food is great and always cooked how I want! It’s definitely one of me and my partners fav spots! Lobster tail is my favorite things to eat and they get it right every time. Deanna has been our server for quite a few visits and her service is unmatched!

New menu but trash service. We waited up front for 16 minutes- two associates told us "one moment " we were never seated then we decided to get a to go order...still no luck.
