When you place the order at 654 in the morning to give the restaurant plenty of time to have your food prepared, you get confirmation the money is taken out of your account. You get a text message confirming also and you pull up to the business and a handwritten sign says they're closed until further notice. You call the number and you're told yeah we closed. I can meet you tomorrow with the money where they do that at? Disappointed is an understatement. Whatever issues you're having for your business to be temporarily closed until further notice, your website should also reflect that so you're not taking people's money and having them come to your business, thinking they're picking up their food. Do better!

We tried this place on doordash a few years ago on a whim and it immediately became my favorite place to eat. It was delicious, fresh, and the quality and standards were way over what the price was. Their Mac n cheese was some of the best I've ever had.Now, I won't even go there anymore. I tried it a few times but the quality is slipping so quickly. The Mac n cheese went to the dogs. Last time I had it it was separated, chewy, and flavorless. Their standards slipped and it shows in all their items. The place functions more as a venue and even their bar couldn't make a margarita. The server brought it from the back of house while the bartender stood wiping counters and serving beer and it took 20 minutes to get which was odd. The food takes forever now and isn't good. They have live music and the like and host events which is great but not a restaurant I would go to again. Flies everywhere now and the waitress seemed uncomfortably twitchy and was talking super fast after disappearing for 20+ minutes leading our entire table to believe she was doing drugs somewhere in the back. Everyone agreed after she came back that she had to be on something with such a dramatic shift in behavior. Overall I'd guess a lot of the food was frozen now rather than being fresh before which is a huge disappointment. I'd love for them to step up their game again but as it stands I would not eat there currently.

First time eating here and the food was NOT GOOD!!! We couldn't even eat it. Service wasn't that great either. Had to wait a while to get our food. I mean it shouldn't take 30 minutes to get a Salad and Patty Melt. Especially when there was only 5 othere people in the place and they already had there food. The place didn't look all that great either. We were not impressed with this place at all. I have never done a bad review on any place in my life, but felt I needed to on this one.

We went to celebrate a birthday. There were 12 of us, so a lot for a server. Our server, Gabriella, was wonderful. She was the only server in the restaurant. Half of our party received their food much faster than the other so they were done eating by the time the rest of the party started eating. This was not our server's fault. She did everything she could to make us and the other diners happy.As far as the food goes: we have been ordering takeout for about 3 years and have been happy with the food. This was our 1st time eating at the restaurant. While the food wasn't bad, it wasn't as good as in the past. They were out of several things. Overall we were disappointed in the food.

I ordered my food on the phone.. A Buffalo chicken wrap.. I was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes.. Almost an hour I'm still sitting here waiting...Only 1 table of a few ladies and no other customers in the whole place.The lady is very sweet, but I only saw her once or twice this whole time.. A discount or at least something would have been nice.....

1st time, Husband and I stopped in on Sat nite for late nite snack ,drinks and some music..We totally enjoyed the REDD experience. Dj playing grown folk music,cool vibe??.The menu had a variety of delicious things to choose from. Crab cakes very tasty.?? Fried pickles were over fried..?? chicken avocado roll was delicious..?? asparagus tip were seasoned perfect.??. husband enjoyed his long Island ??and my sangria wasnt enough??The ladies bathroom was horrible..??I hope the kitchen is not kept that way..however every one did have on gloves??Overall we will be back !!! It's worth giving another try!!!

Thought this was a full service restaurant. Went in and found a night club, bar, and food on the side joint. Ordered 2 Mac and cheese, and 2 orders of collard greens. The containers were tiny and not even full. I paid $24.00 for this sugar honey ice tea. Sooo disappointed. Never again, and I waited 30 min too!

My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch (approximately 3pm) and there were only (2) other people there. We each ordered the baked chicken with two vegetables. After a unusually long 30 minute wait, we were served chicken wings and our vegetable choices. Upon serving the food, the waitress told us that the restaurant was out of the baked chicken. Our response was that we did not order chicken wings and would not accept the meal. Additionally, we were never told that the baked chicken was not available. We just walked out and will not be back. Diners Beware! If you choose to eat at Red's, be sure to double check your order with the waitress several times before the food is served to ensure your item is actually available!
