Delivery order error and horribly overcooked baked potato that was not edible. We did not have enough food because the baked potato was bad. Must have been a very old potato. Should be some kind of quality check. Not even butter helped. Also, we ordered one cheese cake and they billed us for two. Haven’t eaten at Ruby Tuesday in a long time and it will be a longer time before we order from Ruby Tuesday again. Why lump the cheese cake with the entree on the order slip and then...

I worked for ruby's a long time ago and for this to have been a Wednesday and as slow at it was, the food was ok but the cajun chicken pasta was literally thrown together. It was over microwaved cooked noodles, and parm cream just ladled on top and cajun seasoning shook on top. Plate was messy and not put together at all. Sad part was, the manager was in the back helping them cook two 10 top parties. If we would have sent that out, our old manager was have made us replate...

Food was good, fresh, and hot. Restaurant was clean. Service could be better. No hostess on a Friday night, so the waiter came to sit us. No real interactions, just took our order, brought our drinks, sat the plates down. Never checked on us to see if we needed anything. There were less than 20 people in the whole restaurant. Kids eat free all day on Friday, so we decided to try it.
