The lady that took our order was RUDE!!! I asked her to add extra tomatoes & cheese, she rolled her eyes. Then asked for a STEAK burrito she used hamburger meat. She got mad at me when I said something bout it being wrong.

My daughter loves Salsaritas in Ballantyne, but I had maybe the worst quesadilla that I've ever had at Concord mills Mall. It was under seasoned and watery. It was impossible to even pick a piece up. You would have thought that they could have humored me and at least cut the quesadilla into some symmetrical triangles resembling a quesadilla. Instead, I received a rectangle, a small triangle, and the rest looked like a little pile of slop. My daughter and her friend were laughing at it when I opened my container. They also thought their food tasted different than our local Salsaritas. It's just hard to believe that an employee would treat a customer with such disrespect by serving something so obviously incorrect and disgusting.
