Went for my Friday fish. Fish was bad. I was sick for 2 days. When I called to let the manager know, he just said, "Oh wow, no one else has called." I frequent this Showmars often, and I've never experienced this.

HD lunch at this showmars today had to send my food back bc of a long blonde hair in my hot food. Then it took a long time went to ck on food mgr on duty basically told me to sit down he will bring out my food. He never did a girl brought it to me than I waited for a refill still had to take it up front 3 ladies on floor cup was on table lid off they just keep walking by so I finally got up and got myself I will not return here this is my third and last time here NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ?

This place use to be so good ?The food was delicious ? I haven't ate at Showmars since I moved to Concord NC 10 years ago the food was Awesome ?Today I found a Showmars in Kannapolis the fish was so greasy they didn't drain it before putting it on the carryout paper in the carry out box it was so Greasy the fried okra the shrimp was soft and Greasy the food just wasn't good at all ?Too much Greasy ? wouldn't be so bad maybe if they drain it on something before placing it in the carryout box ?

I moved to Salisbury so I don’t get here much like I did living in KTown. But their service has really dropped off badly, especially when they get a little busy. I’m very patient. But they rush you off like you got a virus or something. Very rude as well. I guess this will be my last time after 20 years. I guess my money isn’t worth good service anymore.
