Really enjoyed my visit here. The broth had a lot of flavor without being too heavy, and all the toppings tasted fresh and well-prepared. Portions were generous, service was quick and friendly, and the place had a nice vibe overall. Easily one of the better ramen spots around — I’d come back for sure.

Dear lord the service here is astoundingly bad. Come in wait 20 minutes for someone to take your order. Another 45 minutes for what should be a simple bowl to be put together out of already made ingredients. Then pile up the dishes at the edge of the table and have a five minute stare down with the waitress on her phone before they come up and ask if you want a check. If you want mediocre ramen, just door dash it, because dine-in here is a pointless time vampire of an experience.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat this afternoon. I had the large Chicken Karrage bowl the dish was very flavorful, and had plenty of chicken. The service, and atmosphere was good.

Ordered door dash after thoroughly enjoying my meal at the Plaza Midwood location. I received my Shoyu On Fire bowl with over half the ingredients missing for over $18. Additionally, upon my walking, the host greeted me with her head down. I arrived around 8:45pm so I cannot return for them to correct my order. I am beyond livid.

I stopped in for a bowl of ramen and was blown away. The broth is rich, creamy, and packed with flavor—exactly what you want from a comforting bowl. The chashu pork melted in my mouth, the egg was perfectly seasoned with that soft, golden center, and the noodles had just the right bite.

The presentation was beautiful, too, with seaweed, greens, and toppings that made the bowl feel hearty and balanced. Every bite felt intentional and satisfying.

The menu offers a great variety ramen, soupless options, rice bowls, and plenty of appetizers. It’s the kind of place you could come back to again and again just to try something new each time.

We love Silverlake Ramen- it’s our fave little ramen spot! The food is always fantastic, quick to table, and fresh. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.
It’s a cozy little spot with a solid menu. The tonkotsu with pork and chicken karaage are our faves!
