Doesn’t hit the hype!!!! I have ordered The shoyu on Fire which is spicy chicken broth with shoyu, green onion, corn, seaweed, jalapeños, lime and egg with protein as chicken. It has so many good ingredients but doesn’t great.

Food has always been good until lately. The last 2 times has not been as good as before. Service is almost non existent. Had to get up and place my order and later to get a soda refill. Only 2 other tables busy. Not sure what is going on

My husband placed an order over the phone and ask for two modifications, no green onion and no pickled ginger. He spent 5 whole minutes repeating himself and explaining the size of the bowls he wanted. Two large bowls. One as it comes one with the modifications. The lady told him "you are making this very complicated for me!" He preceded to kindly tell her for the 5th time what he wanted and she continued to say "that's not what you orginally said." Again these were very simple modifications, no ginger nor green onion, on one bowl. My son went to pick up the food and was told that his Dad made it difficult for them when he placed the order. And guess what, she still got the bowl sizes wrong! He came home with one large bowl and one small bowl. Maybe if my husband "wouldn't have made it so difficult" he would have got the right order. Let's not forget we are paying customers, you're not giving your food away. You are there to serve your customers. In what world is it okay to tell your customer's that they "make things difficult." We will not be ordering from your restaurant again.

We’ve been going here for about 2 years now and at first we had no complaints. Food was good, service was also good. But lately service has been terrible. First time we went the lady asked us to tip, then she mentioned tipping again but asked for it cash. We told her we didn’t have cash and she continued saying that she wanted cash tip and that we could go get cash and she would still be at the restaurant waiting. The food has never really disappointed us but the customer service with the older lady is horrible. Now we went in and there were lots of dirty tables, one of them being a booth. When we asked the same lady if we could sit at the booth she said “we don’t have time to clean, just sit at the table”… we would not have minded waiting the extra 5 minutes. We decided to walk out and as we sat in the car we watched her walk over to clean the booth we wanted.

The service was very helpful and attentive the food was delicious it was so good I made sure to eat every bite even after I was full and the amount of food I got for the price was excellent. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable

Spent $43 dollars for 2 bowls of ramen. My wife didn't like the ramen she got as the broth was thick and laced with too much butter (She got the Garlic Truffle ramen). She only ate 2 bites before she stopped. When we brought it up to the server (who we had to wait for up to 10 to 15 mins as she was sitting in the back of the restaurant not minding the tables she had) she just asked if we wanted some sauce to take it home with to make it better and that "she doesn't think she can compensate for that". She seemed nice, but it was just an offputting experience as it just came off as "Well too bad you're still paying for it".

I eat here all the time and I always get the Blaze. For some reason, the broth is really water down this time.
They are always out of everything. They are very rude and your food is wrong everytime. I went back a couple times because the broth wasn't too bad but I got the vegetable ramen with black garlic. They do not tell you it's in pork fat oil...so that's also disturbing. Not to mention if you want extra broth or noodles even though you are paying, they will still shame you and complain while taking the order. If your food is wrong don't bother fixing it they will argue. If they kept the menu items in stock, were more polite, and patient I'd go there. But you know, if you really want ramen and don't care to much go for it.

Surprisingly, I really liked this place…Although the restaurant is relatively small, it’s pretty spacious with good lighting & some creative artwork on the walls & the back of the booth chairs. Normally I’m skeptical to try certain foods but I’m glad I gave this place a try. The way the chicken is fried leaves NO GREASE & the food came out pretty quickly & was really good. They have a dine in or take out option & this by far is one of the cleanest restaurants I’ve ever been in. Service was pretty mediocre but the food made up for it. They also serve wine & a selection of beer as well.
