The girls who work at this location are so so so kind. If you have a long order, try to write it out beforehand to make it easier for them! They were super understanding when I picked up like six drinks at the same time and got them made very surprisingly fast for me. They even helped me figure out how to drive without the drinks all spilling. I go here so often I love it!

My partner and I ordered our drinks online through their website for pickup and upon picking them up we were told that they did not have they did not have the stuff to make one of our drinks. This is the second time this has happened. We were told that they are discontinuing some of their flavors and the website has not been updated it was incredibly frustrating as we were looking forward to the treat. The only saving grace in my eyes is that they made an attempt at rectifying the situation. A return was issued for the drink we did not get and they provided coupons for a free drink.
Their customer service was wonderful but not sure if we will be coming back again since we can’t trust what is offered on their website.

My drink total was $4.25 and I give the girl at the window a $10 bill and 25 cents. When she handed me my change back, instead of the $6 I was expecting, she hands me a $5 bill and says “We are low on cash right now” Thank goodness it was only $1 in change I was owed back!! What would have been the solution if my change back was supposed to include more than just one $1 bill. Also, how are you low on cash when it’s 6:30 and you’ve been open all day, plus I waited in line for 35 minutes with at least 5-6 cars in front of me?
Seeing the reviews of so many others saying that they order the same drinks here but pay a different amount each time makes me think these girls are charging more to keep the rest as tips or in my case, not giving the full amount back to pocket it.
The drinks are great here but if you visit, please pay attention to how your money’s being handled.

Please review and revisit your loyalty/reward program! Or perhaps offer additional training to the staff. One location “ A free drink after buying 10” the other location “ A free drink after 10 visits”. At any rate….visiting four days in a row - purchasing 7 drinks - should account for something. We have visited both locations…entering the SAME phone and have yet to receive a free $3 beverage! But…..the drinks are good! So…

I love Sipco! But today I waited in line for 22 minutes (longest I’ve ever waited) just to find out there was no 24 ounce cups. Then once I got my drink, it did not look or taste the way it normally does. I never get Sipco unless I’m over this way so I look forward to it when I do get it. So normally I’m fine with a little wait but this trip not so much. The girl at the window didn’t ask for my phone number either like they normally do. Disappointed with my experience today.

This place is awesome. This particular location is inside an old drive-thru bank. Every time I have been here, the staff has been friendly and get the drinks out quickly.

I usually enjoy this pit stop. Before they raised their prices, I could get two medium drinks with soda and energy drink for $10. Today I stopped in and got my son a small water with strawberry purée in it and I got a medium sparkling water with frozen mango and frozen strawberry and it was $10 and change. Honestly, I’m shocked. I also had a three dollar credit that I was not asked about. For 2 cups of water with a little fruit flavor equaling over $10, I don’t think I’ll be back.

Not only are the drinks delicious the staff is so kind. The blonde guy and the girl with glasses (i wish i would’ve asked for their names) were so kind and had great personalities! So excited to come back:)
I absolutely love sip co I go there at least once a week but more like two or three times during the week the people there are so kind and caring and they make amazing drinks and treats you definitely have to stop by and try them out. You won’t regret it.
