Location needs to work on customer service. I had tried ordering two sauces on the side and I was misunderstood and a meal was added instead of just two dipping sauces. When I got to the window and saw the receipt I let them know that a meal was added and I was just trying to order two dipping sauces to try the flavors. The manager who came to refund seemed to be immediately annoyed she had to refund and I tried explaining I was just trying to order two sauces to dip and not another meal in a sauce. After being refunded I got the pick up window and there was no sauce for the meal at all and I just asked at that point if I could just have one. They then said I they thought the manager put on in there and I checked and there wasn’t. When I said there wasn’t and if I could just have one they went in the back again and wouldn’t just give me one and made me pull up. Then the manager came out and asked me again what I was looking for. And I repeated was just looking for one sauce to dip fries in and I didn’t get one with my meal. She then said that will be 42 cents then. At that point I was over it. I get making a mistake but would’ve been nice for them to be more accommodating after. Very good chicken and waffles the heart shaped ones are so cute and very good their honey mustard is also awesome fairly priced and it’s a great deal on Wednesday I love stopping by here

Chicken tenders were tasty. Really like the ranch dipping sauce and the Mac and cheese. 3 stars for service I stood at the front counter for several minutes before someone took my order while staff in the back just looked at me.
I wanted to like this restaurant but it did not meet my expectations. Both the chicken sandwich and the fries tasted as if they had been sitting out a couple hours and reheated. And it was so so salty I couldn't even finish it. The fries had a good seasoning but they were reheated and a little bit rubbery. Perhaps the meal would have been better if it had been freshly prepared.

Sweet Tea on a sweetness scale 1-10 was a 2. Additionally it left a taste in your mouth like sucking on a tea bag.vThe employees were nice. The Tea was the problem. The chicken was slim chicken wrap was okay. I'd maybe try it again but the prices are a little high. Sweet Tea back at it was pretty much awful. Entirely to long of a wait. Was nice they gave me my drink while I waited would have been helpful if the drink was any good. Wait was also too long . Placed order at 5:30 got food at 5:45. Weren't many people in line I'm guessing they had to fry the okra fresh. I got what the cashier recommended. I'm not coming back. Long wait, high prices Bad Tes
