The owners need to get this place together. The food grade rating is 90!!! This is a smoothie place and the fact that the food grade is a 90 is reflected in their dirty place. From the bathroom to l the coolers and blenders to the table that stores and holds the fruit..it's gross and those kids working there could care less using gloves touching all over their phones then using those same gloves that DO NOT FIT to make your smoothies and bowls. The owners of this location have really failed to care about this place and it shows.

First time visit to this location and it definitely not one of my favorite smoothie kings to visit...the young female was not friendly at all although the young man was she just didn't in no way make me feel welcoming her tone was rude and she kept slamming items...it was loud and annoying.

Walked into establishment at 8:50pm to get smoothie african American chick with long red braids had a attitude because she cleaned up and really didn't want to get the scoops out thr back because they was clean. Another gentleman came out and end up helping us he was very nice. Meanwhile she cleaning up and throwing utensils in the sink. Very unprofessional. She need more customer service training. I understand it was 10 min before closing but it wasn't closing time. Thank you to the other employee who went allover and beyond for us he was very helpful.

Your smoothies are good, but maybe don't hire individuals who have attitudes and couldn't care less about customer service. Today, our smoothies were thin and runny. We ordered nothing different from what we usually do.

We constantly have issues with rude interactions with your employees. No eye contact, mumbling, flirting with each other and other customers and taking forever to make a drink is unacceptable. They act like we're annoying them when we come inside. Do better.
Also, if we order a 32 Oz. We expect 32 Oz of drink. Not 3 quarters of the way filled. Ripped off.
