I second Bethany’s review below. She must have been waiting in the drive thru line that had like 6 cars waiting for at least 25 min. And yes, the girl did look like she was terrified to be working 😂 complete lack of urgency. I ordered at 5pm and didn’t get my ONE smoothie until 5:28. Don’t let someone who is new or just simply inept like that work by themselves…do better, management.

One of The cashier took my order then took a tip without asking me yesterday
I just went to this smoothie king on my lunch break on 8/15/2024 to get an acai goji berry bowl and my bowl was being prepared between 6:10-615. I never usually have an issue at this location, however, the team captain whose name I cannot recall and the cashier at the time,Trent, were trying a snack that another customer (seemingly a friend) gave them from behind the counter. Prior to preparing my bowl Trent ate the snack and licked his fingers to my very warranted surprise. I asked the team captain to have him wash his hands with soap before continuing to prepare my bowl. I would have let it go had he been more understanding, but he went to the sink and told her he did wash his hands already however he only rinsed them with the hose they use to clean the blenders. That is disgusting, and to act indifferent and not want to uphold what I'm sure to be Smoothie King's policy of cleanliness and customer service is depsicable. Please do better Trent.
