I've never had a good experience coming to this Smoothie King I just don't understand there's always a 20-minute wait I never received the right smoothie just a bad vibe this is my last time I cannot return! Ridiculous

Hi, I just wanted to share some feedback about my recent visits. Last Monday when I came in, the three white gentlemen working were really nice, greeted me, and got my order right, which made for a great experience.
Today was different. The two Black girls working (one with a red ponytail and red edges, the other with fluffy hair, yellow and white shoes, and something on her ear) didn’t greet me or smile, and my order was made wrong. When I brought it up, they seemed irritated instead of helpful, didn’t acknowledge and just simply could care less. Which was disappointing and it could be better.
I’m Black myself, so I’m not bringing up race to make it an issue.. only to clearly identify who I interacted with. I really value good customer service and I just wanted to bring this to your attention.

I second Bethany’s review below. She must have been waiting in the drive thru line that had like 6 cars waiting for at least 25 min. And yes, the girl did look like she was terrified to be working 😂 complete lack of urgency. I ordered at 5pm and didn’t get my ONE smoothie until 5:28. Don’t let someone who is new or just simply inept like that work by themselves…do better, management.
