I typically like to frequent this location because it was always pleasant and tasted amazing. However, recently the employees did not show any sign of customer service. In a day where AI is taking so much from people including jobs, I would think a little decent customer service would be displayed. They prioritize the drive thru more than they did the customers in store. The attitudes were not welcoming at all. No hi when walking in or at the register, no sorry for the wait I will be with you in one moment. They were not short staffed. The order placed took 15 to 20 mins. People after us got their drinks before us. I gave 2 stars because it was not always like this. But going forward will exit the establishment and go to another establishment if I experience what I have. I get no one wants to work, but it’s a choice. Your customers are the reason you come into work for a paycheck. If they do not patron, your business fails and you lose your job. A little communication goes a long way. Even on a bad day, we don’t have to chat. But acknowledge I am waiting to place an order and prioritize those that come in. Not unless things changed. Then I missed the memo. Not to mention the entire wait my smoothie tasted horrible. Didn’t even bother going back in bc I knew the attitudes and replacement would be the same. I threw it out. All that time (longest waited ever was 5mins) for a nasty drink and waste of money. Didn’t even bother tipping like I normally do.

Terrible attitudes. Everyone seems to hate working there. Slow. Put you shake on the counter, do not say a word, no eye contact, just walk away.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Smoothie King. The employee at the drive-thru was rude and unprofessional. They didn’t even tell me the cost of my order—just told me to pull up without any basic courtesy. When I got to the window, the attitude continued, making it clear that customer service is not a priority here.
A simple smile, clear communication, and basic professionalism go a long way, but unfortunately, this location seems to lack all of the above. I won’t be returning unless they improve their service and train their staff to treat customers with respect.
Very good place and quick service. Enough open space they have and best thing is they have drive through.
When I initially approached the speaker, I asked the rep for a moment to review the board. When I proceeded with my order, she was not paying attention and I had prompt. When I got to the window, the cashier reached out with the credit card swiper without reading back my order. When I asked for the order details, part of it was incorrect. She assured me the correction had been made. When I received my order and after driving away, I realized my order was still incorrect. I had to go back through the drive thru and wait for them to prepare another smoothie for me.
The manager Tim is insufferable and rude. Would never visit this location ever again.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I mistakenly made an online order at this store when meaning to make the order at another store. I immediately figured out that I made the mistake and called this store to let them know. The employee stated the order hadn’t been fixed and she would cancel the order. The order was never cancelled. I called the store the next day and they said the employee stated they would have a manager call me. The manager never called. Went into the store today and spoke with the area manager and he said he couldn’t do anything because the manager on duty said she never talked to me. I never told him I spoke with the manager. I order often from the Mt Holly Huntersville store. Like every week. I order here quite often also. For them not to fix this issue was a big disappointment. I also submitted a ticket to corporate when I made the mistake and I have not received any communication. I will never go to this store again.

Store is clean and bright. The staff is very friendly and greets you with a smile even when they are super busy. As you stand there staring at the menu board they try to get a sense of the flavors /meals that you are looking for and provide helpful suggestions.

Typical Smoothie King. They have a drive through as well. They send coupons out a lot which is nice. I have found a go to that’s not loaded with sugar and carbs so that’s a plus. They have energy drinks and snacks as well that are a bit over priced, but they are usually interesting and worth trying.
Parking: Normal parking lot with plenty of spots.
Kid-friendliness: Area for kids to site and wait if you chose to do so.
Wheelchair accessibility: Flat walkway with pullout door.

I cannot recommend the Smoothie King location enough! The superior service provided by Manager LaKesha, Assistant Manager Victoria, and staff members Jeriah and Elijah truly made my experience exceptional. Every visit was met with warm smiles and positive energy, making me feel right at home.
The highlight of my visit was the delicious Coffee High Protein Almond Mocha with Espresso smoothie that Jeriah made - it was absolutely amazing! Additionally, I was impressed by the team's attention to detail and their genuine efforts to make sure I had a great experience.
Special shoutout to Victoria for encouraging me to download the app to earn rewards. She patiently waited for me to complete the task and even helped me navigate through it. Such dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.
I can't wait to return to Smoothie King for another delightful experience. Thank you, LaKesha, Victoria, Jeriah, and Elijah for your outstanding service! Highly recommended!
