If I could give them 0 stars I would. I mistakenly made an online order at this store when meaning to make the order at another store. I immediately figured out that I made the mistake and called this store to let them know. The employee stated the order hadn’t been fixed and she would cancel the order. The order was never cancelled. I called the store the next day and they said the employee stated they would have a manager call me. The manager never called. Went into the store today and spoke with the area manager and he said he couldn’t do anything because the manager on duty said she never talked to me. I never told him I spoke with the manager. I order often from the Mt Holly Huntersville store. Like every week. I order here quite often also. For them not to fix this issue was a big disappointment. I also submitted a ticket to corporate when I made the mistake and I have not received any communication. I will never go to this store again.

Store is clean and bright. The staff is very friendly and greets you with a smile even when they are super busy. As you stand there staring at the menu board they try to get a sense of the flavors /meals that you are looking for and provide helpful suggestions.

Typical Smoothie King. They have a drive through as well. They send coupons out a lot which is nice. I have found a go to that’s not loaded with sugar and carbs so that’s a plus. They have energy drinks and snacks as well that are a bit over priced, but they are usually interesting and worth trying.
Parking: Normal parking lot with plenty of spots.
Kid-friendliness: Area for kids to site and wait if you chose to do so.
Wheelchair accessibility: Flat walkway with pullout door.

I cannot recommend the Smoothie King location enough! The superior service provided by Manager LaKesha, Assistant Manager Victoria, and staff members Jeriah and Elijah truly made my experience exceptional. Every visit was met with warm smiles and positive energy, making me feel right at home.
The highlight of my visit was the delicious Coffee High Protein Almond Mocha with Espresso smoothie that Jeriah made - it was absolutely amazing! Additionally, I was impressed by the team's attention to detail and their genuine efforts to make sure I had a great experience.
Special shoutout to Victoria for encouraging me to download the app to earn rewards. She patiently waited for me to complete the task and even helped me navigate through it. Such dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.
I can't wait to return to Smoothie King for another delightful experience. Thank you, LaKesha, Victoria, Jeriah, and Elijah for your outstanding service! Highly recommended!

SLOW! The workers had zero urgency or speed whatsoever. Never had an issue at other smoothie kings. There wasn’t even that many people yet took 20 mins to get my smoothie. I don’t understand.
They have the most amazing custom drinks! Fair prices. Great cashiers. Menu is easy to read. Service is efficient and fast. Not busy. Clean facility.

I go to this location many times, today before an appt I went to get 20 oz pineapple surf add mango and as I left to get to my appt I started tasting my smoothie and it was horrible, hard chunks of ice and hard chunks of fruit.The smoothie was in the blender had to be less at 1 min. There was no long line and no reason to not provide me with the service I requested. I could not turn around because I would be late to my appt. But I did call and the lady that answered stated she was the manager offered me to come back and replace but I couldn’t and honestly would not be comfortable. I will not return to this location again

Dear management team. I wanted to let you know that from now on the, 3050 Derita Rd location of Smoothie King is the ONLY location I will be going to! Why? Well I have gone to other Smoothie King locations, and I have had good experiences, and awesome smoothies. However, this particular location has something that has convinced me to make this location my go to for smoothies, and that is an absolute gem of an employee that you have! The young lady who took my order, her name is Zee K. and she was very professional, super friendly, and provided exceptional customer service! I would not have written this review if it wasn't for Zee's amazing, warm personality. Zee deserves a raise, bonus and a promotion! -Thanks you!

The GM at this locating is nasty and rude. I wanted to add extra enhancers and on there menu outside on the drive through board, protein is listed. She told me protein is not an enchanter even though they have it listed as such. Her name is Anna. This is not the 1st or 2nd time I or my husband encountered her unprofessionalism. She’s also providing wrong information. The issue was if you order 2 you get one enhancer free. She didn’t want to add the extra protein for free. It was a 40 oz smoothie for $12
