Went in to order around 6:50, no one was up front for 20 minutes to take our order - I thought they were closed. We ordered 3 combos, all with steak. I asked to have my steak cooked a certain way and she told us he doesn’t cook to order like that but she would put it on there just incase. Then I asked for ginger dressing and she said they just ran out and weren’t making any more. The chicken and steak were both wayyy over done. Rice, noodles and veggies were delicious as always. Less than enjoyable experience and really wish I would have just ordered to go from the original Sogo.

First time trying a sogo ...i figured i would give it a try ..not busy only wait was to cook the food which was pretty quick ..alot of food for the price ..12$ for the chicken and steak combo cant beat it i will defintely be eating here more often .fresh flavorful fast for a great price!and they by far have the best shrimp sauce i have tried from takeout as well!!!

The food was good but the fact that the girl with blue hair today (1/6/24) at the counter was very rude on her phone video chatting someone while taking our order and rolling her eyes when asked for refills led me to give the one star review. Will not be back as long as she’s working. If she’s working I’ll go to chick fil a instead where their customer service is much better.

The Lady with the blue hair so unprofessional. She had a nasty attitude, was eating ice cream while taking the order, on the phone . The menu was off. Ect.…. I've come here multiple times and this is the first time I've got this vibe here and seen

Visited for 1st time in years. We were fortunate it was Saturday evening and not super busy. I got the steak & Mushroom dinner. Wife got chicken & brocolli dinner. Got a side order of brocolli for $2.50. The dinner were reasonably priced. They loaded the container to the top. Plenty of food. Both of us had leftovers. The diet coke was excellent and free refills. The seating at the mall is comfortable. We'll be back.I'd recommend.
For some reason my son likes it so I bring him here to the food court. The flagship Sogo is very good but these express locations are not. Customer service is non-existent and they close earlier, way earlier sometimes, than advertised. I know the owner and told him about it. He seemed surprised but nothing has changed.

I arrived at 7:42 to be exact. Got up to the counter at 7:43, just for the lady to tell me they are closed. I rode up here on my motorcycle here & their website says closing @8:30p. Keep in mind it is Friday. Carolina Mall.
