The water taste like perfume.you will definitely need to order soda
Horrible customer service. I went in to get a Togo order and they were closing at 930 based on Google I got there at 909 and they refused to serve me

The food is always good. The bathroom situation is going to drive me crazy though. This bathrooms have no privacy and if you try and bring it up to staff they walk away or act like they don’t know. I mean just look at the picture, does that look like a place you want to go to the restroom?
The wait time was a little bit longer than expected. However when they had a table ready the hostess was moving things right along. Because things were getting busy. The first waiter took our drink order. He also took the food order. My friend drink came out wrong. Then the food order was made and when he passed them along to the chef to cook. The chef cooked the food. He never asked about if anyone having a food allergy also.before starting. from either. So if you have one say something!! Then the food order came out and he for got my protein my chicken and steak that was given to someone else. Then he tried to fix the order. but cook it with the shellfish. 😯I can’t have shellfish. So at the end of the service they fix the food. I could have went to a different restaurant. It was not all that great of an experience for me. It will be a long time before I come back.

I give this one star because it’s so hard to get anyone on the phone to order. The one time we ordered and the food was nasty, my rice wasn’t cooked fully and was very crunchy. We called back and were told we had to bring the food back in to get a refund, I explained to him that we were already on the road and that the food was thrown away. I was then told there was nothing they could do.

I have been multiple times all for take out. The take out takes slightly longer than other places but none the less it’s at least hot and decent. This time I placed my order at 7:30 and did not receive it until 8:15. I then checked and they gave me a side order of vegetables instead of a side of shrimp so I had to wait another 10 minutes. It’s decent food but not worth waiting almost an hour to take out.

Horrible wouldn’t even consider this Japanese hibachi because the hibachi taste is non existence, low quality beef and chicken and the yum yum sauce tasted like spoiled egg and vinegar it was completely repulsive I demanded a refund and wasn’t given one I only took two bites one without the sauce and one with the sauce thinking it’ll help and it didn’t I will never return here.

Went here for lunch and I was really disappointed. SOGO never lets me down but here’s the pictures of my steak. I got it to go and of course I wasn’t going to take it back. So much fatty chewy pieces I couldn’t eat.

Was told the wait would be 45min because we had a party of 13 ppl, 6 were adults the rest teens and children. Then was told if the 2 littlest kids would sit in a high chair we would be sat in 20mins. Arrived at 6:15. Multiple groups went ahead of us, that came in a while after us, as we kept getting skipped for almost 2 hrs. 3hrs after being there finally got our food. The Hostesses have no experience bc they are super young and no guidance on how to be a proper host, same with the waiters. Staff was all very rude! Chef was great! Worst hibachi place we have ever been to! Do not recommend!

Been going here for years and always loved the food but never been more disappointed as I was tonight. Ordered the early bird special, as did others at our table. We got 6 pieces of meat and watched the other have food piled on their plates. No refills on sauce and when I mentioned all this at check out they didn't care about anything but me paying so I could leave.

Just have to say it. The food is great, but I tried to get lunch to go by calling in 20 minutes before their lunch closing and no one picked up the phone. So I went to the restaurant and by the time I arrived it was ten minutes to the soft close for lunch. I asked to place an order and the lady at the counter told me sorry but we don’t take orders within 15 minutes of closing. The hours on the building are 11:30am - 2:00pm for lunch. I’m sorry, but you don’t turn people away when you’re still technically “OPEN.” Hopefully someone that actually cares about this place’s customers will read this. It’s truly a disappointing experience that I will share with others.

Just had dinner there tonight with my husband and mother. The food was excellent as always. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in months. I was there during the first hour they were open so I know that it had not gotten that dirty that day. It was absolutely disgusting. This makes me wonder about the other facilities that are behind public doors.

Have eaten there a few times. My last to visits we had the same chef. On both occasions the chef gave much larger portions to its white patriots. The first time it happened the chef noticed me speaking to the manager and went to the kitchen to add more chicken to my container. I didn’t bother today but if ever again I will have to confront him or them again. We are all paying for our food, not at the homeless shelter.
