I was on break and they were on a shift change. Came to window and waiting 3 minutes (no response). Drove to window and looked at me dead in the face smiling while counting money (no response) drove to order food mobike pickup and contacted them (they said they were prpating the order). My point is, I've worked in fast food 3 years and if someone drive to the windows it's for a reason. Don't look at someone smiling while counting money and i could see through the window. A simple hello woukd have worked. Work on the professional development

This is not fast food. Even if you order on the app. I don’t think I’ve ever waited less than 10-20 minutes to get an order.
If you order on the app your food is never done on time, people will get their food that come park in a stall after you sooner. Typical sonic. Waiters are friendly. Food is standard with few mistakes. Have only had a few bad fries.

It took like 20m to get my order and I got the wrong burger and no marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks

I placed a doordash order and ask for no pickles no onions and no tomatoes and mozzarella sticks as my side. The burger had pickles and onions and I got tots. They didn't give me what I paid for and put things on the burger I didn't ask for would not recommend this place

Waited over an hour for our food, got told they were short staffed. Being told that from the beginning would have been helpful, we could have went else where. After finally getting our food, it was cold like it had been sitting for a while. Didn't even get a discount or anything. As a waitress who works in a restaurant, keeping your customers happy and treating them well is a priority. My family and I definitely won't be back.

Took 30 minutes for us to have our order taken after hitting the button, we were told to wait twice. Multiple cars had pulled up beside us had their orders taken and were served before we’d gotten our orders taken. We placed a door dash order for 1 combo side of tots and two drinks. They forgot one drink and took 15 minutes to bring it out, again, while other cars continued to get order and drive off. It was bad customer service.

Place an online order tonight for a slush and milk shake, said was ready reach there waited 30min, and nothing. Just canceled the order and left. Ppl that worked there less than helpful when I asked about my order....ridiculous..!!

Worst experience I have ever had at a Sonic waited over a half hour for the food. When I got home the drinks were straight water. Half of the food wasn’t there. Contacted the customer service that night they offered a 5$ coupon that didn’t even cover half of the food that was missing. Called the store they won’t provide a refund. Because it happened the day before. Absolute joke.

I've never been to any fast food place that managed to make chicken strips inedible. I think the fryer oil was rancid or something.
