Very dry and bland. I’m from up north and this ain’t it. Change the name to something else. Barely any cheese.

Ok me and my husband decided to go to south Philly cheesesteaks and fries. We were curious to see if it really tastes like a cheese steak from south Philly so we both got the chicken cheese steaks with the peppers onions and mushrooms and let me tell you this was the most disgusting cheese steak I ever had. Nothing like south Philly style so don't be fooled smh. First of all there was no cheese on the sandwich, the peppers taste like they soaked them in vinegar. Nasty. Yall need to do better than this if you trying to represent like south Philly.

The customer service was nonexistent. The staff is just there. They do their job but nothing more nothing less. The food has a strange taste to it. Like the veggies were old and needed to be thrown out but were used anyway. Was overall not satisfied.

I was given a random menu item I did not order and they refused to fix it. What I received was dry and flavorless in it's own right.

The Sandwich I ordered from here was the worst Philly I have ever had. The meat was burned, the cheese was spoiled (provolone should never taste like aged Swiss Cheese) and the onions and peppers tasted pickled. I threw the entire sandwich away because I was so turned off by the taste. A waste of 11.00.

First and last time going. Food is dry, no flavor. They need to clean the grill and grease everything smells and taste burnt. Not worth price.
