My husband and I were craving some Chinese food for dinner. We ordered the sweet & sour pork & General Tso's chicken and egg rolls as well as fried dumplings. The food was exceptionally bland and we questioned whether we had chicken or pork at all because the meat didn’t taste good. The egg rolls were super doughy and oily and the dumplings were oily, soggy and undercooked. We unfortunately did not finish our meals and sadly won’t be returning.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your restaurant. I ordered Hunan chicken, only to find a hair in it—a revolting discovery mid-meal. When I called to ask for a replacement, I was shocked by the rude response I received. The owner demanded I provide evidence of the hair, as if my word wasn’t enough, and insisted that without a photo, they wouldn’t remake my order. I had already disposed of the hair in disgust, so this ‘proof’ request was both unreasonable and insulting.
Even worse, I was told that if I wanted a replacement, I’d have to drive back today, despite my work schedule and the fact that I live over 20 minutes away. It’s not practical for me to drop everything just to accommodate such an inflexible demand, especially after being treated so rudely.
I have always appreciated this restaurant, but this experience—with both the hair in my food and the dismissive, rude response from the owner—has completely changed my opinion. This is not the level of customer service I expect, and I hope you take this seriously to prevent other customers from going through something similar.

Food is always good and the prices as well as the service are always very friendly and professional. Small seating area but comfortable for a quick meal.
Just moved into the area from Philadelphia and in much need of a new hot spot. This was sadly not it. Got orange chicken which was meh. Singapore mei fun had absolutely no spice whatsoever ever—could argue no seasoning in general and the crab rangoons were soft like they had been sitting for hours. Only thing decent was the eggroll; super sad but will keep looking for our new spot!!!

The name said Southern so I tried it being from the South! The rice didn't have any flavor, the meat was suspect as to if it was pork. And the biggest issue was the sweet tea! I took a sip and it was an uptown, Arnold palmer or whatever you call half lemon and half tea! It's a no for me.

Got some takeout for work.....food was pretty good....I love the fried rice as they put onions in it like Dragon Palace does which Dragon Palace was closed down which led me to southern China.....will come back and try some other items....this plate was only half of my order
Barely chicken in the Chicken in the chicken fried rice I added broccoli ? they gave me 3 broccolis!!! Never again to buy

Placed an order here today. When I got there to pick up my food, the guy that took my order which I later found out was the owner. He told me he didn’t have an order under my number. The same guy I had just talked to less then 15 mins before. And gave him my number as well. After telling him what I ordered, he then says that it sounded like I didn’t want the food on the phone, because I asked him what was the price. This place will never get my business again. I have been coming here for years and never have I experience this.

I’ve been coming here 5 years and I’ve never been disappointed with my selection and taste of what I’ve ordered. I keep coming here because I don’t want to experience Chinese food that’s burn or flavorless. They have good service no matter you call in the phone or walk in and place your order. The atmosphere is not the best but it’s always clean.

Guys I never do this but today we bought Chinese from Southern china, on 601 near la palma and we been buying there for years but how disgusting this is what we got. Yes rat poop. Don't eat there if you do check your food.I called and told him and he replied saying “oh ok I’m sorry” he wasn’t surprised at all… I asked for a refund we didn’t touch any of the food I was gonna take everything back all he said “no” I threw it all to the trash?
