Every time I’ve come here it has taken FOREVER to get a coffee in the drive-through and more often than not the drink isn’t what I ordered.

I came to the drive-thru on December 14th 2025. It is currently 4:03 and I was told through the drive-thru that after 4:00 p.m. they will no longer be serving anyone due to whatever reason they said. This location and brand as a hole is going downhill back to Dunkin Donuts!!!

Customer service training needs to be done on whoever is working the window . I am not sure what drink they just gave me but it’s not what I ordered. I figured this would happen as they had no idea what drink I said when I ordered it’s just a basic iced green tea. Then I repeat it and silence, so do I pull forward? Had to ask in the speaker bc what?? , the employee working the window is rude. No greeting at the window and take my payment then shut the window.. like oh ok we’re done? Let me go ahead and drive away then . I’m sorry I didn’t know I came to McDonald’s. Poor customer service

Why is this Starbucks always closed early in the evenings? I work at the hospital and I’ve tried several times and it’s always closed sometimes as early as 4pm! Reading through some of the reviews I’m def not the only one experiencing this issue!!! It’s ridiculous! 4pm!

They always randomly changing the closing time. Never doing mobile orders. Got in the drive through line at 3:55 but of course they are slow so didn’t get to the ordering window til 4:03 and because they decided to close at 4 i can no longer order. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to a different one

Home of the 30 minute make you late for work and rude employee ruins your day latte. Happened to me more than once. You sit in the drive through for more than 20 minutes while you watch the employees stand around and gossip with no customers.
Getting tired of coming here between 5 and 5:30; lights are on. Staff is there. Drive thru isn’t blocked off and their website says they are open but they won’t pick up the phone, answer anybody in the drive thru.
It is absolutely pathetic and rude for you guys to close up then refuse to tell anybody you’re closed. It really just gives me the impression that you guys do this just to ride out your shifts. If you are closed or closing THEN CLOSE and actually make it clear that you are. If I was the manager I’d be pissed at my staff for closing early often.

Waited in line for 25 minutes with 4 cars ahead of me for drinks I had already ordered. This location needs new management or to close altogether. It’s been slow for years.

Stars for the manager: Hire more baristas, poor guy doing the in store drinks did not slow down or pause and it took over 20 minutes to get a chai and a plain latte.

Went to the drive-thru around 6:30 thinking Starbucks was open. We waited about 5 minutes and asked if anyone was there three different times. No response. We drove to the front and the place was completely dark—no workers, lights off, and the parking lot was empty. Super confusing and honestly frustrating. I’d recommend finding a better coffee spot than this starbucks.
