the staff seems so friendly even under stress! but this location can get soooo busy that the service becomes unbearably SLOW. doesn’t matter if you do drive through or online order

This has to be the absolutely worse Starbucks in North Carolina. They are usually slow; however, my last day was unusually slow especially when there weren’t anyone in the drive thru. After spending 11 minutes at the window, I called and asked to be refunded. Tanner answered and stated oh you’re at the window? I had a phone call. So, you be let me sit there for 11 mins while my drink melted and then didn’t even apologize. They need to get better staff!

This review is from someone who works in retail/beauty industry so I know what it is to work with people. Girl at the drive thru window was rude. Acted like doing a split payment was an inconvenience. Then because I didn’t ask to scan for points in the beginning, she pointed that out which insinuates an inconvenience (again I know this because I work in retail.) I then gave her same attitude back and told her I’ve never had to ask that and that I always get asked when I come up to the window & thats why I didn’t say it when I came up to the window (re-addressing her own statement.) I ended up going in to have them remake my drink because it tasted like just milk and thankfully the gentleman that did help was kind and plenty helpful. However I am going to add that someone should mention to this same girl that if she’s going to talk about customers in the store regardless of interaction, make sure they can’t hear or see you do it because I definitely did when her male coworker made eyes at me as she walked past him whispering.

Awful location. It's hard to tell where to order when you walk in, and every single employee working ignored me and my kids. It was extremely rude, and the atmosphere is not enjoyable.

This place is a joke unfortunately. Everytime I go here for a quick coffee it takes forever to get anything. The workers move very slow, and the drinks are never made right. Went here this morning and the cash register wasn’t even open. The worker had to take our order off the drive thru kiosk from inside and then ended up ringing my order up wrong. Starbucks is quickly going downhill, and the replacement coffee shops are only getting better!

Consistently slow. I’ve tried multiple times of the day and its always an absurdly long wait. 15+ minutes for a grande latte is ridiculous. Won’t be coming here anymore.

I only wish I could give 0 stars. I place on online order through the app and was literally a half a mile away. I made the stupid mistake of saying I would pick up in the drive-thru. After sitting in the drive-thru line for 17 minutes I get ro the window to pick up my order only to be told that the bakery item I ordered had just sold out...I ordered mine over 20 minutes before and it was in stock. I won't be going back.
