I'd probably give this location 5 stars but the attitudes I get when I ask a question are wild. Also, having to get out of the drive thru line and then get back in line when nobody else is there because yall just got my order? Crazy. Otherwise it's pretty on par for your average Starbucks experience.

We visited here for a few coffees. It was clean, not too busy, and the staff were friendly.
I sat in the drive through for approximately 32 minutes. Two other cars in front of me left and got tired of waiting. When I got my order it was watered down not fit to drink. I have never had to wait over 10 minutes for an order. I recommend the staff either be increased or replaced. They are way too slow. I'm very disappointed with Starbucks at this new location.

Mary, Nay, and Octovia are the best! Courteous, kind, and quick. They have our order memorized and start putting it in when they see us coming.

Liles - Concord Location - Femaile - long, red curly hair and glasses - I think her name was Lacey was annoyed by me before I even had time to order, but not until she just kept ignoring I was standing there, along with the other employees doing the same. She messed my order up and then looked like she wanted to fight me when I inquired about it - I was in there for 25 minutes because no one would acknowledge me. Cousin said not to take it personally, that's just how they, including my cousin, are in the morning. Stated they always ignore the customer for as long as possible and that Lacey is always rude that early in the morning, that it wasn't anything personal - I've seriously never been treated with such contempt over some coffee
