This location is terrible. Waited 10 minutes in the drive through and didn’t move an inch. Parked and walked in. Waited nearly 25 minutes for my one drink and it was sitting there ready behind the counter and I had to ask for it. No apology for the delay despite watching me sit there for 25 minutes despite everyone else clearing out of the store. Multiple people came in with incorrect drinks, lukewarm food, etc. management — fix this!!

i asked for a venti iced coffee with half and half, they gave me a cup full of half and half with a splash of iced coffee and ice that was somehow already melted. i didn't have time to wait for a new drink because they already had to remake it at the window and it took them a few minute to make just an iced coffee

I ordered one drink, the instructions are on the cup, waited in line for 10 minutes, paid 10 DOLLARS for my drink and a food item and get the drink made wrong. I have gone to this Starbucks 3 times and every time my drink is made wrong. What I want is on the cup very clearly, do your job right if im going to pay that much for a drink. The Starbucks on George lyle's never messes my order up and they are fast and efficient maybe learn something from them.

Chick with the red hair probably shouldn’t work there anymore. I got in at 9:35pm. They close at 10pm. I was there until 9:55pm. From about 9:45 onward she was making comments into her headset about how customers need to have awareness and leave when it’s empty. I was the only one there eating my bagel. It made me feel uncomfortable and didn’t want to be there. As soon as I left at 9:55, the came to the door and locked it immediately. They closed the store early and completely disrespected my time and money. I don’t care if it’s Halloween, I work in healthcare. I don’t get holidays off unless I’m lucky. Imagine if I told a patient “you need to have more awareness on my time.” I would be fired. This girl, shouldn’t be fired, but if she was on the team that I manage, she would be spoken to about respect. I will be asking for a manager tomorrow when they get in. 15 minutes of complaining that you have customer, while the store is open, is not appropriate.

I paid 6.69 for a grande Pumpkin spice latte. As you can see it's about 3/4 filled. That's an expensive drink to not get the full amount. I'm done with this location. I will not be spending money here again

waited in line for more than 10 minutes. Not a problem but if I’m waiting that long my coffee better at least be hot and made correctly. Coffee was lukewarm when I took a sip did not have a stick to keep warm. Ordered pumpkin latte and it tastes like an at home made coffee not even a HINT of pumpkin. If I’m waiting that long and paying that much for a coffee it should at least be somewhat correct just saying

Liliana is such a sweetheart, she made my drink absolutely perfectly and gave such good recommendations. She did it so speedy as well. Great experience overall.

I dunno what they gave me but it's not coffee. I thought this is a coffee shop but there's not a single drop of coffee in my drink. Not sure if they forgot to put one on purpose but it's crap

My iced chai latte tasted like nothing but just milk. I also asked for a pumpkin loaf warmed up and it wasn’t the warm temperature I usually receive it as.

A few very undertrained employees working. Ordered food and drink drinks.. they put the wrong food in, then never made the right food. It’s been 13 minutes and we are waiting for four drinks... they made a few of our drinks then did drive-through drinks then made two more of our drinks then did drive-through drinks and we are still just sitting here waiting.. if somebody at corporate reads this, you need to fire the manager for this location. This is madness..
