I come to this Starbucks more than any other in the area. I used to go to the one on 29 but they never put the right amount of expresso in my drink or it’s never made right. I think only one girl knows how to actually make the drinks up there. Since coming to this Starbucks I rarely have a problem. They always put the right amount of expresso and they always draw the cutest little stuff on my cup!

I came to this starbucks after a terrible experience at another location. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, as I wasn't sure what I wanted exactly. I will gladly drive the extra 5min to go to this specific Starbucks for the both the service and the excellent beverages they concoct.

Went through the drive through, got the same thing as always, paid with card. Just got back from a 6 hour drive so I’m exhausted and wasn’t thinking… didn’t realize until I started pulling away that the girl working the drive through window put the tip in without asking??? I always tip when I stop at a coffee shop so they were going to get one either way but what??? Unprofessional girl. Not cool.

Lilly took my order through the drive thru today. Can you learn how to listen to what people are saying. I had to repete my self multiple times and your customer service was terrible. Also you blue crop top shows your whole back to the drive thru customers. Very unprofessional today.

The service here is really good. I feel like the people that I interact with through the drive-through window and over the intercom are extremely friendly, way more friendly than most establishments, even in the super early morning hours. Ever since 2020, I feel like customer service quality has gone down across the board at many restaurants, that does not seem to be the case at this Starbucks location. I am always impressed with the over-the-top service. Oh, and the coffee seems consistent too.

I came through @2pm on aFriday, behind someone who ordered drinks for a few dozen people, it seemed. The person who was working the drive thru was so delightful, and I got the BEST shaken espresso I have ever gotten from SB. Thanks, y'all! Your smiling faces and happy attitudes added to the whole experience.
