I went through the drive through and had yet another terrible experience. I usually give places a second chance, but the customer service at this location has gotten at its worst. Diane the shift supervisor at this location had a disgusting attitude after a drink was requested to be customized. Diane stated it was against their policy and would not be able to add whipped cream to a Java chip. Just know you’re probably gonna receive a terrible customer service experience if you come to this location.

My only complaint is I never get the same flavor ever!!! I order the same thing the same way and somehow it never tastes the same..? Dangit but they still make my livah quivah...ahhh???Thebucks...

I placed my order through Starbucks app after leaving business that I was visiting in same area as this Starbucks. When I arrived there were only 2 cars before me. I pulled up to let them know I had a mobile order for Chandra. Person helping me asked me to wait a second while she checked my order. She came back to me saying “I see that you just placed your order 45 seconds ago and when you order through the app we ask that you give us 5 minute grace period to prepare your order but we will pull your stickers and try to get your order ready. You can pull forward.” I assumed that they prepared orders in the order they’re received. Guess not!!! If you order through the app make sure you wait 5 minutes so that you don’t get talked to like you’re a child! Usually have to wait so long at this location. Now I have another reason to visit new location up the street!!

I went in to get me and my girlfriend the bogo deal for Saturday and I got two pink drinks our favorite part is the strawberry’s and when we got our drinks they didn’t have them which was disappointing and no one told us they were out and we couldn’t use our bogo deal

They stay messing ym drink up. I get a grande hot white mocha and it’s always seemed like a cappuccino and half gone by the time I get it. It sucks that I pay almost 7 dollars for a coffee that’s half full bc they can’t steam it right.

tried to do coupon i had in the app for 50% off barista refused to do my 50% off because she didn’t have a “code” even tho it stated Redeem your coupon in the app or ask your barista to apply the coupon at the register now through 11/12.
