The cashier Nina should be taken to the back and be explained what customer service is, greeting, smiling, basically being a decent human being.People come there to purchase coffee while enjoying the mall. But you go there and wait for Nina to acknowledge she has a customer and when she finally decides to take your order she just stares at you. Starbucks in Concord Mills. I love how I can always find a Starbucks in all the enclosed Malls around Charlotte. I love how everyone is sitting around doing their thing and enjoying their time to themselves. Even here on a busy Memorial Day everyone look relaxed! Good job Starbucks ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The taste is good but the lack of blueberry flavor shots is rather depressing, a tarte flavor shot with a distinct lack of sweetening would go great with the mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino.All in all the thing this place needs us blueberry flavor shots.
