The worse Starbucks! I visited this location on Sunday, May 19, 2024 @ exactly 4:45pm inside Harris Teeter. I wanted an iced matcha vanilla , chai and lavender cold foam, which is what I normally order. The cashier, heavy set dirty imaged woman was not happy to be working, from my perspective while visiting; instead she continue to clean a blender and wipe it down, and not wait on the customers suddenly. A man waiting, got upset and left because she ignored us. She took my order. I told her what I wanted, but she tried to correct me and say not chai, but brown sugar. I told her chai because that’s what I normally get, she rang up brown sugar, and made the comment that they are the same, without making any eye contact with me to explain. So I said cool, maybe it’s true. After I paid, It took her 20 minutes to make an talle iced matcha for me. Not to mention; other Customers were frustrated while waiting. When I finally got my drink, it was not what I wanted or tried to order before she wanted to cut me off then talk over me saying brown sugar instead of chai. The brown sugar in the matcha taste just like coffee. I knew the drink was wrong because the chai, tasted like coffee. I wanted to go back, but I didn’t, to tell her about my drink not being correct, in addition to the horrible experience I endured while visiting this particular Starbucks. Only reason I didn’t go back in was because I had an appointment at 5pm in same area with a realtor. Granted, I'm in this particular Starbucks every Wednesday and Thursday morning, never had issues and the customer service and drinks are exceptional every time, however, it was horrible this time, with no customer services or customer centric skills and customer etiquette. She was coughing everywhere without washing hands or removing herself from front line. Instead, she did it on frontline , and said “her allergies was kicking her butt”! I was treated unprofessionally, belittled and disrespected. I will be reaching out to Starbucks corporate office about this issue and the employee on duty. This scenario does not fit the image, character, or integrity that I normally get at this location. I’m very upset and bothered! This will not be pushed under the rug.

Rude staff and subpar product. Maybe it's because it's stuck in a Harris Teeter or maybe it's just the terrible employees. I will not be visiting this location again. Also, the last time I visited I was not refunded for the drink order I had them cancel. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Went to Harris Teeter to pick a few items up and realized there was a Starbucks. My daughter and I literally stood there for about 5-10 minutes when the cashier finally tells us she is temporarily closed until she switched shifts with whoever was running late. It was about 4:11pm. She literally closed during open hours and saw us standing there and waited before saying anything!!! I had to drive about 10-15 minutes to get Starbucks when I was at one already!!! Customer service has gotten really bad and the employees are making their own rules!!!
Terrible management
This review goes to Abbie P who works there. Anytime I go in for a drink she goes out of her way to write a nice message on my cup. Her service is excellent and I’ve never had to wait more than 5 min for my drink!

The short blonde girl I believe her name was Abbie.. best service i’ve had in a while. I customized my drink many times and she kept a smile while maintaining patience, and helped me with the menu (she knew it like the back of her hand)! Keep up the good work kid!

This is not a drive thru. This is a Starbucks in a Harris Teeter. Great service, usually not a long wait, but not a drive thru
Ordered hot coffee with cream, there is no standard measurements, simply added the cream, no coffee at all, worst preparation
