My food wasn't made right here food service industry has always sucked for employees they don't care about the last few orders but all orders count.

Quick service is the best thing I can say about the visit. Very impersonal place, no people to take order. Have to have a receipt in order to use the drink machine as it won't work if you don't scan your receipt. And for what I paid, it was not worth the money. $1 to add what looked like a teaspoon of chili to a hot dog.

Terrible milkshakes, me and my girlfriend almost threw up, birthday cake milkshake was half-assed and cookie dough wasnt even cookie dough. #DoBetterMan ☹️ Yall gave me and my lady a tangy milkshake and I super disapprove.

My daughter and I love Steak ‘n Shake so we have to stop and eat there every time we go to Concord Mills mall.

Parking: There was plenty of parking available in steak ‘n Shake parking lot

I like the burgers but personally the menu options are BORING, so I like to customize my order and for SOME reason it’s always like pulling teeth!

Can’t get a garlic bun on a regular burger, can’t add fried onions to anything outside of the western, no clue why y’all are so bougie especially if I’m willing to PAY for whatever extras I want, so what’s the issue? Upgrade the menu or be flexible and let people alter their burger! The options that are offered are just meh.

I come here very often ( every week lol the food is really that good ) I dine in most of the time, great environment, friendly team, great food, & fantastic tasty shakes! This store’s team hospitality is on another level THEY’RE GREAT! Anyone who leave bad reviews are simply just jerks that ruin their own experience. Place is a 10/10 for me and my family. ?
