Quick service is the best thing I can say about the visit. Very impersonal place, no people to take order. Have to have a receipt in order to use the drink machine as it won't work if you don't scan your receipt. And for what I paid, it was not worth the money. $1 to add what looked like a teaspoon of chili to a hot dog.

My daughter and I love Steak ‘n Shake so we have to stop and eat there every time we go to Concord Mills mall.

Parking: There was plenty of parking available in steak ‘n Shake parking lot

Kid-friendliness: Kids steak ‘n Shake hats are available as as well as many different flavors of ice cream and milkshakes

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible, restrooms entrance, and exit as well as dining area

I come here very often ( every week lol the food is really that good ) I dine in most of the time, great environment, friendly team, great food, & fantastic tasty shakes! This store’s team hospitality is on another level THEY’RE GREAT! Anyone who leave bad reviews are simply just jerks that ruin their own experience. Place is a 10/10 for me and my family. ?
