Sticks and Beans Cigar Lounge

Low on the sticks, absolutely no beans, nothing on taps, no bottled water, too many nats, and overpriced drinks with a service charge. I don't know what has happened but get everything fixed ASAP.

I enjoyed going when they were in Concord. I ordered three strawberry margaritas at different times. I was charged the same price for all three margaritas that weren’t the same size. My first drink came in a nice size glass the second one came in a smaller glass then the third one through me : I swear I thought I was being pranked until that bill came . All the drink was the same price but different in size. That will be my last time going there spending my money!!!!

Can yall PLEASS ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! I left something important and yall not answering!!!!

Make sure you review your bill before paying.. Some waitress are adding gratuity to your ticket for 1 to 2 drinks. I think it's ridiculous. I paid $45 for two drinks, my friend paid $37 for the same 2 drinks. I spoke with a male manager was who gave me a ridiculous excuse. I really feel like they played with my money and I felt violated!! It's the principal for me and when people don't operate with good principal, they don't have longevity.

The cigar selection was limited they do need to fill up their humidor door but the environment was very lounge like good place to hang out.

Unfortunately the Atmosphere is not so the issue as much as the day to day rules they make as they go. Do not go there and expect to sit at an open and non reserved table and expect to stay there. They will make you get up with all your drinks,hookahs and friends just to sit ppl walking up to pay the door for a table. They will argue you to the moon that they have the choice to do such a thing to their paying customers just to pocket money. No good standing establishment with customer respect with do that to people specially when they are spending money still at said table. This has happen now 3x of going there when prior i had been going to this place for months with no such issue. No seating charts, no waitress has said anything to me. They have all served me at the table etc. but all of a sudden there has been issue. I have called up to the place prior to going and have been told by the staff without letting them know of this issues I am speaking of and was told that it is come as you are and open seating but you can reserve a table if desired and they will have a reserve label on the table. That of coarse is understandable. So wanted to just go ahead a reserve one so there would no issue. Well the young girl left me on hold and never came back to the phone so we came there and we given a table to sit at and the night went on up until a hour before the club closed and once again they came to our table telling us someone wanted to buy this table and "we would HAVE to get up with all our things on the table and be moved to the back of the club in a separate room - cigar room? I don't smoke cigars and i don't like it in my close plus there was no dj in that room and to top it off we are fully enjoying our night right where we was. They told us we didn't have a choice in the matter as though we didn't matter. As I strongly argued the matter respectfully I got their ass to kiss and was told we must get up. I had to force them to find a table in the same room as i was not willing to carry around 2 drinks and hookah around just so they can seat someone who likely paid them under the table to get our table that we were still spending money at by the way! I have no idea who is running this club but I will certainly find the owner and let him know how the customers are being treated and if this doesn't change things I will contact other outlets and reporters to make a loud statement . They really need to learn how to run a business and that customers are what keeps them open and getting a check. I let the first 2 times pass but that has come to and end now as i work to hard to come out to enjoy myself and be treated like this. I come dressed, in good spirit, great vibes, Smile on my face, i speak with staff etc. and then get this treatment for no reason at all... How does this make any sense? Well Lets find out. FYI I am not the only one this happened with. It happens with woman as well! I was sitting at that table as well and have it all recorded for the owner and reporters!! Unhappy patron!

Nice vibe , I went on a Friday and there was an older crowd. I would have rated 5 stars if there was a menu and signature drinks and food listed.

This place is amazing. I visited from SC and the music, atmosphere, and people was great. The vibes give off "very fun, mature minded, and diverse crowd". This is where them silver foxes show off their swag!!!
