Ordered a sub with extra cheese and extra meat on the app. Picked up my sub and it has less meat and less cheese than if I were to have ordered it normally in store. Will not be going to this location again. I will not pay more for less.

There is a reason this place has a poor rating of below 3 stars as of Dec 2025. It had been at least a year since I last came here as they had really went downhill the past 5 years or so and I ordered online for pickup and the employee must not have been able to read English (couldn't speak it either) and made both my sandwiches as well as my coworkers sandwich wrong. Stale bread, hardly any meat (even paid for 2x meat), hell I ordered a nacho sub and she didnt put nacho cheese on it, just awful, if you are wanting a sub the last place I would recommend would be Subway

Horrible Experience, horrible Customer service. I ordered a sub and they didn’t put barely anything on it. Charged me extra for extra meat & then they Didn’t even put extra meat on it. Literally there was like three piece of a spinach on one side. Lettuce was unnoticeable. Two teeny tiny tomatoes will not be going back. Then I went and ask for a refund and they said they couldn’t give me a refund because the manager was not there and he wouldn’t be there until a week later what kind of company is this that’s completely unacceptable. I’ve never went somewhere where they couldn’t give you a refund because the manager is not there. So now I have no sub and don’t have my money back.

Chicken sub was great and well prepared. The have day specific deals/offers. Great service. Young man taking orders had the patience of Job dealing with a disorganized customer who changed her order 200 damn times in 10mins. Then, forgot the wallet in the car... lawd Jesus! Young man kept a smile and keep his customers informed of all delays in order. Kudos

First the guy working was blasting gangster rap from his phone, didn’t acknowledge the 3 people waiting to get sandwiches. He was tossing bread around back into the bin and making to go orders. He was even asked if he was the only one working, and he just looked and shook his head yea and went back to not paying anyone any attention. Me and my daughter left and went to fire house.
Do not come here the one worker here wasn't even working. 3 people were waiting to order and all he was doing was throwing bread around and packing a to go order while sitting on his phone. Didn't even acknowledge the customers waiting for over 10 minutes.

Ordered a catering order, whoever made the subs did not follow directions and put the toppings on side as requested. When went back to the location and asked for the manager the employee said she was going to call the manager and then came back and said the manager didn’t speak English and there was nothing they could do about the incorrect order. Believe the reviews and do not eat here. Customer service is horrible!
