I placed an order through the subway app but once I arrived at the address that I thought I had chosen that store was closed. So I found out the store that took my order was 30 plus minutes away. I tried communicating with the store to get refunded and I am still trying to get help. I was Informed that there wasn't a manager last night on duty to help but call back today. Welp! I called today and again, No Manager!!! Hmmm, I'm still trying to get my refund. So today I'm told a manager won't be in till Monday. Now that means I have to wait to be resolved. Not to mention subway uses grubhub to fulfill their online orders and of course I was directed to call them. No matter how many times I said "I placed the order through the subway app"!Needless to say there was the constant back and forth, run around without any resolution. Now its really a principle thing along with a glitch that needs addressing.Hopefully someone from subway headquarters or locally will see this and reach out to help me.There is definitely a breakdown in the system. I hope this feedback helps fix a problem that may otherwise have gone unnoticed. Meanwhile, I patiently wait my $26 plus refund from subway store 280 hwy 29 south suite 120. My order # was E76521E82FHope this helps

Lady did NOT accept my coupon for $7.99 footlong meal. Total ended up costing over $17. There is sign behind the counter which CLEARLY states they DO accept coupons except for 5 specific sandwiches. My sandwich was NOT one of those sandwiches on the sign!!!Terrible customer service!

Better to order pickup from another location, they forgot to double the meat on both my sandwiches, so I paid 6$ extra for nothing, thanks.

Honestly it pains me to leave such a bad review for this location as I use to come here often with no problems. I no longer eat subway as often but this location has the worst service. There is a dude I couldn't see his name but curly black hair that was talking back to customers while I was in line. The guy in front of me asked if he could substitute a meat for a different meat and the guy was giving him such a hard time trying to charge extra instead of sub the other meat. Long story short the food was good but the service was not. The guy literally told the other customer he doesn't care about what the customer is saying it's not his problem. Never come back to this location again.

Placed a mobile order for this location today as they were one of few locations in the area to accept Subway's CURRENT BOGO50 footlong offer.Subs were ready on time, price was great and food tasted good. Downside was either they neglected to add cheese to the subs as requested OR it was a very little amount, less than usual as far as the footlong subs go.Other than that, positive experience and will return.

Employee Karen was extremely rude. The store hours indicated they are supposed to close at 9pm. When I approached the store we 8:54, the door was locked and I could see all the food was put away. This indicates that the sandwich line was broken down way before closing time. Karen approached the door, rolled get eyes and stated "we're closed!" I asked for a manager's number and she told me to look it up on the website.

Placed an online order 3:56 PM to pick up by 4:15 PM. When I arrived there was a note saying they closed at 4 PM. My ordered could’ve been canceled/refunded but it was showing that it was accepted. Tried calling and the phone number doesn’t work.

We did a mobile order today, and nothing was right. We got the chicken bacon ranch, they left off the bacon. We asked for the bacon on all sandwiches to be extra crispy and it was barely heated. We added avocado to a sub and that was left off as well. We will NEVER go to this location again.

Had to wait over an hour for my sandwiches that I ordered online. When I tired to call the store the number is not in service and Karen the so called manager said her employees have only been there two weeks…. Only offered a cookie for the wait…this location has gone from bad to worst. So instead of throwing sandwiches they just throw away the order but they make sure they kept the charge slip! Karen training your employees are not the responsibility of customers…well former customer now! When is the distinct manager going to start caring about the customer!
