I placed an order on the subway website on November 1st they order was never picked up nor delivered to my home my funds for the purchase was not returned to me. The store I order from was store 21303-0 . I contacted the store personally concerning a refund and no one has responded nor has door dash I have evidence that my order was cancelled and no money has been returned. I have submitted several request for a refund and nothing has been done it’s unacceptable customer service

Been coming here for years and have never had the stupidity i had today. Asked for extra olives and was told I can have 6 olives or they will have to charge extra..... 6 olives folks. Woman wasn't wearing a name tag but it was an older Hispanic woman. Won't ever come to this location again. Makes sense that it was empty at lunch time now.

If I could write this place is zero I would. Service here was the worst service I’ve ever received at any restaurant. The employees were arguing with one another over tips and just working with each other in general. One of the employees was getting another employee‘s hair out of her face over the food. They need all new employees.

A mix up in drinks my sister wanted water and a medium size cup and I got a medium size drink The cashier put a clear water cup out when we were getting a drinks the cashier went back and told the manager She came out and said we had to pay for the regular cup which was fine until she call me sneaky Not very good business to call a customer in front of other customers The cashier and manager were both snipy

Had the worst sub ever at this Subway. Very skimpy with the veggies and the only thing worse than the sub was the attitude of the lady that made it. She was rude and clearly did not want to be there. I won't eat there again. Kindness doesn't cost anything.

the light skin one with colored dreads was terrible at customer service and just laughed at me while i was waiting. the boy working with him, white, short, short dark hair. he was very nice and helped me out. if you want more customers i suggest having more people like him

My husband ordered two cold cut trios on Sunday. I ate half and was up all night on the porcelain goddess. I warned my husband but he had to go three times before 9a.m. at work on Monday. Let's just say we won't be back at this location. We both threw the second half's away, though I wanted to throw my second half at the Subway store door.
