I ordered in advance to pick up at the store, but they didn't start the order until after 5 mins when the app said it would be done, and they did 4 walk-ons before starting to work on it. They need to work on time management.

Watched the employee come off the floor from sitting at a table. Think she was on break maybe. She walked past the sink to go behind the counter, did not wash her hands. She did grab gloves. Proceeded to prepare a gentleman in front of me sandwich. Put it in oven. She asked me what I wanted. Told her cookies since they did not have the bread I wanted (flatbread). She went straight to the register with same gloves. Rang my cookie order up. Then proceeded to grab my cookies with same gloves (not tongs) after touching my cash & the register. I asked her to change her gloves. She seemed irritated because I asked. She took one glove off then put same glove on after laying it on the counter. She then grabbed a tong to get cookies. Then went back to complete the gentleman order with SAME GLOVES. She needs to be trained on handling food starting by WASHING HANDS!!!!!

Customer service sucks. One of the Indian girls catching attitude and getting mad because she rather talk on the phone with her earphones than attend her attention on what I’m saying.
My husband order two foot long tuna wraps. The server decided it would be a good idea to roll up the sandwiches instead of wrapping them. What a disaster a huge disgusting mess! Don’t play with people food! Do it the correct way! I trashed them didn’t want to drive back to cause a commotion.

Bad atmosphere to take food from here. The meat feels like its rotten. They dont make the sub’s properly. They dont listen to your instructions properly they just make it like they want. Worst subway i ever visited. The bread isnt fresh. Worst management.

I was treated very good by the 2 ladies at counter. My gift card was honored and they were very respectful. I appreciate you guys for fixing my sandwhich correctly. We need more employees like guys.

The “chicken salad” wrap had just the rotisserie chicken with mayo squirted on it. It wasn’t even real chicken salad. My honey mustard one was fine. But they definitely didn’t get folded properly like a wrap, they looked more like when the flatbread gets folded. Some of the veggies looked old, dried out, and unappealing. And I used to work at a subway so I know what they’re supposed to look like

The absolute worst Subway I've ever been to. Half of vegetables looked they went past due last week. The one piece of roast beef was so thin that you could see through it.

The Worst!! The subway is horrible!! Ordered a Cold Cut which comes with Ham, Bologna, and Salami..My sandwich only had 3 very thin slices of bologna.. My son’s Sub was very lite on the meat also..

With the amount of meat they put in our sandwiches, it felt like robbery!
They prepared our sandwiches behind a metal barrier so you can even see your order being prepared. My thought was, what are you hiding. When I got home I realized they are hiding the fact that they are very skimpy with the amount of meat they used.
I didn't bring out a ruler to measure, but the sandwich didn't seem like it was 6".
If a retailer doesn't give me value for my hard earned dollar, I won't be a return customer.
I thought about making a video like the ones they did for Chipotle, so potential customers will be aware of the volume of meat in their sandwiches.
