Order online or else you will have to wait for 30 mins.....NEVER VISIT FOR LIVE ORDER UNLESS ONLINE ORDER.....I used to visit this subway few times in week and now will never go there as they only care mobile orders

I've ordered from this store many times, but the service is always terrible. They claim my order is ready, but then I wait almost 45 minutes because they're prioritizing dine-in customers over online orders. An angry apology from the staff doesn't help when my kids are hungry. I get that they're trying, but they should be honest about wait times. A sincere apology with a smile would make a big difference. Given the experience, I won't be returning and won't recommend this store to anyone nearby.

The timings mentioned as 9.30 PM as their closing time, but they lock the door at 9.10 PM which is so rude and unacceptable for people to come all the way for food and just leave. The people working inside but just don't even respond. Such a waste of time to go this location
I don't usually do this, but I had to this time. When your sign says you don't close until 9:30, it means you don't lock the doors until 9:30, not 9:20.

I never leave reviews like this but all I ordered was a regular footlong club and when it was time to pay, it was gonna be $18… she said something about the roast beef being extra. I just walked out. $18 for a subpar club with barely any meat on it because they wanna be cheap. Went next door to Harris Teeter to get the same thing and it was $8– the way God intended. Save your time and money.

Doesn't look clean. The glass(es) need cleaning as well as the prep area. Of the 2 women working there only the elder woman seemed to have customer service skills. The younger was non-chalant and did not seem in the best of moods (IMO).

I was the only on in line and was still rushed through my order. I got a number 99 and didn’t even get the extra cheese… I would recommend the location down the street connected to Walmart.

They put so little meat and veggies on the sandwich it’s literally so thin…just bread I’ve ordered from this location three or four times and they are so frugal

When you walk in it’s clean BUTT I wish I would have read the reviews before going because they are not so clean after all it makes no sense how dirty they are I purchased a sub and fountain drink long story short the ice machine has black mold in it I tried twice getting ice to see where it was coming from and still getting black pieces mold from ice machine, I told the owner and asked for a refund,she gave refund but did not go dump the ice and clean the machine she kept doing what she was doing! I sat outside for a few just to see if she was going to fix the issue, she did not! Someone is going to get really sick from this location if they haven’t gotten sick already
