I wont complain about cost because the cost of everything is more these days. The service was great--Lauren made a great sandwich, was friendly, and very professional. This is also the nicest Subway I've ever been to--very clean, well lit, and just nice. My sandwich was also tasty. I'd come here again for sure.

Do not eat here they are very unprofessional and do not wash their hands. The manager has a bad attitude and they do not properly train they workers I would not recommend eating here at all! There's a reason they have 2 stars💯VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Visited this week and wanted to use the restroom before ordering. They have signs on the doors that say that they are for paying customers only. OK that's legit, but it would have been nice to know that they are locked and you have to ask for a key. Stood there for every bit of 10 minutes waiting for someone to come out before an employee told me that no, there was nobody in there. Do restaurants really have a steady flow of people off the street just for the bathrooms?

As for the food, $11 for a footlong roast beef that had no more than 1/8 pound of meat and I know I'm being generous. How is Subway still in business?

This was my first and last visit to this establishment. Upon arrival, I noticed that the oven toaster was not functioning, and the staff mentioned that this had been an ongoing issue for the past seven months. Additionally, the soda machine was also out of service. Unfortunately, these issues were only the beginning, as the overall condition of the restaurant was disappointing. The cleanliness of both the tables and bathrooms was subpar, which further added to the negative experience. Based on this visit, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Mimi was Awesome and went above and beyond for me. I mentioned to her that I went to 3 or 4 other Subways in Charlotte, and I had to come to Concord for some GREAT ustomer Service. I Truly, Truly Appreciate her Kind gesture. That woman deserves to be Recognize in an era where Good Customer Service is Truly Lacking. Thank You & True Blessings!!

I hate that I have to trust my order is correct when ordering online. I ordered double meat on two of my subs. I asked before I left if they were made with double meat and was told yes. I already went to a Subway farther away from my house because this one use to always be right. I have ordered enough double meat to know how they are supposed to look. You can see from the picture one half doesn't have any meat at one end. Never trust online ordering, always .are sure you watch them make it so you aren't paying extra for nothing!!

This is the nicest, cleanest, and most friendly Subway I have encountered. I am in town visiting Great Wolf Lodge with a crew of kids, and ran in here to pick up my online order. My order was ready promptly, the staff addressed me courteously and by name, and the young man behind the counter graciously waved me out with a “God bless you.” So impressed, I had to leave a review immediately.

Terrible service. I went to get an order of 6 sandwiches and the older lady told me that it was only online. I don't see any sign that says you can't order multiple sandwiches and I don't know that Subway has a mandatory online ordering policy. I'm sorry, they should change the staff.
