I wont complain about cost because the cost of everything is more these days. The service was great--Lauren made a great sandwich, was friendly, and very professional. This is also the nicest Subway I've ever been to--very clean, well lit, and just nice. My sandwich was also tasty. I'd come here again for sure.
Mimi was Awesome and went above and beyond for me. I mentioned to her that I went to 3 or 4 other Subways in Charlotte, and I had to come to Concord for some GREAT ustomer Service. This is the nicest, cleanest, and most friendly Subway I have encountered. I am in town visiting Great Wolf Lodge with a crew of kids, and ran in here to pick up my online order. My order was ready promptly, the staff addressed me courteously and by name, and the young man behind the counter graciously waved me out with a “God bless you.” So impressed, I had to leave a review immediately.
