My friend and I went in for a sweet treat but left with a bad taste. They only had one sorbet option and my friend asked the nice cashier for a sample cup. She instructed him they didn’t have any but he could use a spoon. As we are getting a taste of the sorbet a rude worker with glasses, black hair, and snotty attitude told us “for future reference we don’t allow that” twice!
I told her to tell that to her inform her coworker who authorized it. We didn’t bring in any spoons from outside. She began to stare me down in attempt to intimidate me and the walked to the back room. Needless to say, we left without buying anything and as a frequent customer, I will not be returning.
Why were there no sample cups??? Especially if the is only one option and u don’t know if u would like it or not. I would highly advise your employees to learn how to speak to customers

Lots of flavors of frozen yogurt to choose from…but no sample cups???!!! I’ve never been to a Sweet Frog that didn’t let you sample the flavors (and with unique ones like green apple, I’m not going to commit without a sample). The employee working was just like “that’s…just not something we allow” and gave me a blank stare. Won’t be going back to this location.

Look, I'm kind of meh on Sweet Frog, but this is my kids' favorite place in the entire world, and it consistently delights them. We have made so many wonderful family memories here. Keep on Froggin', guys.

My little family loves SweetFrog and we’ve been enjoying this location for nearly a year, no complaints. Last night, however, we treated ourselves to our usual flavors and toppings- only to come home and 3 out of 5 of us became violently ill! Something is wrong with the cleanliness or the temperature of the yogurt in the machines?? I’ve never been so sick from a dessert, and my poor kids, too. Definitely a traumatic experience. We won’t be returning to this location, too risky for our health.

The food was clean and good, but me and my family pulled in around 9:05pm to grab ice cream really quickly and as we walked up, we didn’t know if they were even open. Lights were almost off, no one in the front, but the sign said open and the door was unlocked. We still were confused because it was SO DADK. As we called out to ask if they were open someone ran out and briefly said yes. I understand when people come in late or an hour before closing it’s annoying sometimes because you want to go home, but kind of felt like they weren’t tryjng to serve us. The main thing that bothered me was the lights being almost off. It was so dark in there and they made it seem like they were not open. I work retail at Southpark and I get it but if I EVER turned lights low or almost off, I would’ve been in trouble. It’s how you lose business because people driving by or walking by assume you’re closed.

Frozen yogurt was great. They had so many options for toppings and flavors. The place was super clean and they had a ton of indoor seating. Great experience overall!

Very clean feeling and the tables were all wiped down for use. They don't do samples which sucked a little, since you don't know what you're getting or trying. I could see limiting to 2 or something, but crazy to not do any... I didn't want to take away stars for that since everything else was great! Even the bathrooms to wash up to eat were clean and maintained. We went back two nights in a row, because it was so good. Loved the pineapple dole flavor with m and ms. Then also had the cappuccino on the other side and did white chocolate morsels on top, with a splash of the strawberry dole on top and a mint patty, stuck in it!! 2 nights in a row.... delicious both times! Only wish they would have had fresh fruit stocked, although it was closer to close, so again don't think that affects the stars. I loved seeing the frogs outside while eating... how 😎 cool! Lol
