Went into the store and ordered 2 of the Taco and Burritos Cravings Pack. The price on the menu was $18 or 19. When I was rung up, I was told that it was actually closer to $23 a box. I asked why it was more than on the menu and was told that the prices had gone up. I was fine with paying more but didn’t realize that they got my entire order wrong. I know fast food places commonly get orders wrong, but it was such a big order that I didn’t have time to check everything until I got home. Turned out they rang me up and gave me an entirely different thing than what I wanted. If it was a smaller order I would be more understanding, but for a nearly $50 order I expected better.

The management team at this location, are racist towards African Americans . Not only are they rude to the Black customers but you'll hardly ever see any African American employees working their . It's impossible to do anything about this location because it starts with the Regional Manager who doesn't seem to care about how African American employees are treating nor the disrespect that the customers receive. I urge all African American people and people of other nationalities to avoid this location at all cost .... Who knows these are the type of people to mess with ur food !!!!
Plz share n get the word out Government Agencies like BBB don't care about the people we have to look out for ourselves!!!

This Taco Bell is absolutely terrible. Food Quality at any time past Lunch drops tremendously, the employees won't care about preparing your food correctly even though its literally their job to do that. I've had so many incorrect orders from them that the Taco Bell App literally will not give me any more compensation rewards. Please just go to a different Taco Bell.

Vegetarian options: I order 2 veggie bowls without the near and the bean was stale we didn't eat much of it and we both ended up in the bathroom for a long time .The vegetables were fresh but we notice the beans was runny and had no taste

BEST. TACO BELL. EVER. Ethan makes the best food!! The last couple of times I’ve gone, haven’t been great. Nachos missing cheese, tacos missing. I’ve gotten quesadillas missing chicken before. But the one I had tonight, was saucy, cheesy and with chicken! My mom had the best nachos she’s had yet. My cantina taco was so good. And my Doritos taco wasn’t broken!

Rude drive thru order taker. It says here you have a kids menu but apparently you don't at this location. If you do not have a kids nenu, do not advertise that you do. And the plain cheese quesadilla had some kind of nasty sauce in it. If you don't like your job, you need to get another one. Do better people.

Pay your employees more so you’re not constantly short staffed. And if you’re short staffed it may be a good idea to stop taking door dash orders. Your employees shouldn’t have to struggle in the name of corporate greed.

Went through drive-thru....no line. Ordered 4 chicken soft tacos. Paid amount we were told. Order handed to us quickly. We were given the wrong thing they asked us to pull around the corner. They eventually brought our correct order to us. Didn't realize til we left that they had over charged us. Tacos would not of been worth the correct amount....much less being over charged. Last visit we will be making to any taco hell
