Shout out to the staff there there evening of 12/6/25! The girl with dark hair with piercings and tattoos that took our order, and ran out the food, was phenomenal. They all were 😊 Food was quick and correct, and she even brought out sauce that was left out of the bag at first. Great job

Just ordered from there. Order was missing one taco. The center of the hard taco shells were STUCK to the wrapper. So basically they were bottomless tacos. I live near Concord Mills but we drive extra because this Taco Bell is usually better but have not been satisfied the last two visits at all. Taking a Taco Bell break. Can make at home for less. Expense and poor quality and you don’t answer your phone.

Spent $17.19 and got the Cantina Chicken Burrito for $6.59 — and I’m still trying to find the chicken. Maybe four tiny pieces, tops. The rest was tortilla, lettuce, and disappointment. For six and a half bucks, I thought I was getting a burrito… turns out I paid for an edible air pocket with chicken seasoning. It was flat, dry, and sad — like the burrito itself wanted to quit. If this is Taco Bell’s “Cantina” level, I’d hate to see the value menu. Absolute rip-off, 0/10, do better.

I ordered the meal-for-4 party pack, and they didn’t include enough fillings in the tacos and burritos—they were dry as hell! On top of that, they scrunched up my soft-shelled tacos when packaging them, making them look like a misorder or something pulled out of the garbage. It was clear no effort went into preparing my order. To make things worse, I had a stomach ache the next day. I will not be coming back!

I understand fast food isn't 5 start cuisine, but it should atleast be edible. Rude and incompetent is all I can say. Didn't even apologize for spilling the drink on me from not putting the lid securely on the cup. $10 for this mess? Really?
