They used to have phenomenal customer service .. not sure what happened. Maybe it's lazy staff, which can ruin a restaurant. Tried calling in an order since what we wanted wasn't available via the website... was told I have to order online. When ordering online it's $3-4.50/meal more so for a family of 4-5 that adds up quickly. I hope the owner gets things turned around

Chicken rice bowl. The taste is great. My preference (no tomatoes/onions) But what I don’t like is the amount of peppers they have in there. And not much rice.

Awesome place! Best restaurant in the area. I was very treated and the food is simple delicious. Unfortunately I don’t live close enough to come back every day, but surely will come back always when I get the chance.

I love this place.

We've gone here for seven to ten years. I feel like everything they have is good, but I hate myself a little bit for not trying any of it in favor of my favorite order ( gyro, beer battered fries and baklava)

Atmosphere is quaint and clean, and until recently the music was always Greek mandolin music ( my daughter and I would always figure out how to turn whatever was playing into country road take me home)

Staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful, and prices are very good.

Frustrating Experience – Poor Communication

I really wanted to like this place, but the lack of communication made for a frustrating dining experience. When we arrived, we were given menus and a board displayed the daily specials. After deciding on an appetizer from the board, the server informed us they were out of it. No big deal—I picked another one. Then, when I went to order my main course, I was told that was also unavailable. It wasn’t until I picked yet another option that the server finally decided to list everything they were out of.

Why not inform customers up front instead of letting them pick items you don’t have? And if a special is out, why leave it written on the board like it’s still available? It takes two seconds to erase chalk.

The food we did end up ordering was fine, but the overall experience was frustrating and avoidable with just a little better communication. I’d think twice before coming back unless they improve how they handle their menu availability.

Food was not the best and I did not find the atmosphere to be the most friendly. This is after trying their foods at two-three different times over a year or two.

I FINALLY found a Greek Restaurant in the Charlotte area that serves actual Greek food!
The food was amazing, the tzatziki was best I’ve had.
Service was ok, not bad but nothing to get excited about.

I’ll start out by saying - Food is wonderful, never had a bad meal… Service lacks in dining and take- out. Took over 1 hour 30 to get take out order. Every time asked for an update they would say “a few more minutes more” well that turned out to be 1 hour past quoted take out ready time.

This is not the first time take out service has had similar issues.

If you want to eat in, allow yourself more time if you have places to be. Waiting and food service aren’t the fastest.

I’ve read a lot of the comments on here and totally agree, the service is so bad. I tried to support a small family owned business but I’m sorry I just can’t. She screwed up our order and then adds 18% tip on the bill. I had no energy to dispute it but I know I won’t be going there ever again and will be telling everyone I know how bad the service is.
